  Acogedor, confortable y limpio

  Equipo de servicio y limpieza muy amables y educados, hotel y habitaciones muy limpias y con muy buena distribución y espacio, cama y almohadas super confortables, buena localización, excelente para relajar y descansar.

  The best place to stay in Dallas

  First time staying at a Home 2 Suites and so glad it was available because I booked travel for NCA last minute. The staff was amazing, all of them, the cleanliness of the rooms and dining was exceptional.

  Good location but average stay

  Good location and walking distance to Baylor Scott White. Floors in halls and in room were dirty. Breakfast was average or less. The bright spot is the little Potbelly Sandwich shop next door. Stay here if you need the location but take your own food and be prepared to clean / sanitize your room.

  Sad as it was dirty

  It is adjacent to Baylor Scott White and therefore should be extremely clean. Not so. Found a dead bed bug in the shower and the grout around the shower was dirty. Lots of fan fare about cleaning. Wont stay there again. Breakfast was stale raisin bread , water and an apple. Not much to look forward to. Not easy to get from parking garage to the hotel next door. Too many people w/o masks.

  Convenient to Baylor Scott White

  In town with family hospitalized @ Baylor. Very convenient location & comfortable space but parking is an issue. During daylight hours with fair weather it was an enjoyable walk but my patient was in Roberts Hospital & I was out after dark. Getting home 1st night was scary. It would have been nice to have been told the hospital offered a shuttle service. Hotel parking is $10/day in a garage. Problem is theres really no way to go directly into hotel from garage without going outside & it doesnt feel safe (as a woman alone). Convenient to many hip & tasty restaurants/bars. Price reasonable. I would utilize again but consider parking when you decide. I personally am going to look for a system of bridges from building to building to get me closer-a policeman told me it was possible.
