  Excellent Stay

  Very clean, very nice staff, good quality service for the price of the room.I checked in and I had a very pleasant experience with the lady at the front desk. The kitchenett was very nice in my room,Also, I like the enviromental part of them washing only as needed with your towels and sheets.

  I Expected Better, But Still OK

  Pros: 1. The hotel is in a good location -- the good portion of southeast Baton Rouge, which is the "newer" part of the city with the better stores and restaurants. 2. The studio suites were spacious, which is always nice. 3. The kitchenette is always a nice touch. 4. The AC worked well and the bed was comfy (despite only having 2 flat pillows on the bed) 5. I stayed here during the COVID pandemic, so there was not an actual breakfast for the guest, but it was nice how the hotel prepared packaged/microwavable breakfast sandwiches, although the heating instructions on the sandwich bag was wrong and made us overheat the sandwich, ugh! 6. The shower felt so good for some odd reason, lol. 7. I loved the Hilton App that allowed me to choose my own room location without checking in -- I've never seen that feature in my life. I wish all hotels allowed that. Cons: 1. I just wasn't blown away by the hotel. I wanted to stay here for a long time, but I was let down, to be honest. For an "innovative" hotel, the room design and decor was just ... blah.

  Not Clean! Not by a mile!

  This was very disappointing, not to mention concerning considering the current state of affairs with respect to cleanliness. Thankfully, we were traveling with cleaning supplies. Not only was the room not clean, but it had definitely not received any kind of additional cleaning in consideration of Covid 19. There were fingerprints on the doors and kitchen area, dirt and food particles in several areas, pet hair on the floor (we did not have a pet), etc. Certainly, if it was not physically clean, it could not have been disinfected properly. In addition, the sofa had stains on it which did not entice one to sit on it. Very disappointing even on a good day.

  Dirty room, not properly maintained

  Very disappointed with this newer hotel. Dishwasher is covered in rust. A dirty plate with red liquid was left in the microwave. Old chips and cookies under the dishwasher which clearly have been overlooked for weeks. Room was not properly sanitized or cleaned. Not satisfied at all and wont be staying here again.

  Friendly staff and nice grounds.

  The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed overnight for an out of town tournament with our team of 13 year old boys so Im sure the staff wanted to pull their hair out, but they couldnt have been more polite. We stayed in a suite which had a full service kitchen and separate living area. There is a nice outside patio and grilling area as well as a spacious indoor lobby (there is a pool as well but it was too cold to check out). The hot breakfast was great (thanks Mrs Mary/Jeannette!). Weve stayed at some hotels throughout Covid that provide a brown bag with granola bars and water for breakfast... but these ladies had hot breakfast packed in to go boxes (as well as cold breakfast options)! It was clean and family friendly and conveniently located. My only drawback was that the dressing area was not separated from the main sleeping area so it was difficult to dress while someone was sleeping. Would stay again!
