Nice, new, and very comfortable!While traveling home from Florida, we ended up in the Baltiore area, at H2S in White Marsh just off Rt. 95. It was our first time at a H2S & we were very happy. The staff was friendly & efficient, room was new, very clean, comfortable & had great amenities. Good coffee & complimentary breakfast too. Restaurants near by...Will definately stay here again.

Absolute worst bisitMy husband & I have stayed at this hotel several times. This was the worst. It has gone downhill considerably. I was told it was renovated, yet the hallways new carpet on 4th floor was stained & dirty. Dried food from trash bags littered everywhere. Trash bags sitting in hallways..the large trash cans outside the elevators were overflowing & not emptied the entire 4 days we were there. On any floor that we noticed. The unit we were in was dirty. The floor around the toilet was stained yellow from urine. The shower stall was not filthy, but not clean either. The comforter on bed had blood stains. Both bathroom pocket doors were broken, so you could not close either one. The toilet when we got there would not flush, then when it did, it kept running. My husband fixed that himself. By putting his arm & hand into the toilet tank. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 4 days. Asked for more, but never got any. Went downstairs to get a couple coffee packets, was told the hotel ran out of coffee...?? Meanwhile it was far from sold out. There were piles of dog poop on sidewalks, trash etc. no doggie bags to clean up after...receptacle was empty...inside & out was just horrible. Not the usual standards of Hilton. To compare, we are now in a home 2 suites in WV. It is immaculate. You could eat off the elevator floors. What a difference between the 2. This one even has breakfast. Not an orange & water in a paper bag. Its not the normal buffet breakfast but much better. We will not stay at the White Marsh home 2 again.

No shower curtain, no apologySo today I woke up in this hotel at 6am to no shower curtain! I called the front to get one, I was told to shower without it, even though water would be everywhere. I did my best to soak up all the water with the towels they gave me. I was also told that when I got back at noon, there would be a shower curtain and new towels. Ok, fine. I got back to an uncleaned room, no clean towels, and still NO shower curtain. I called the front desk, who couldnt careless and basically sounded put out that I needed a shower curtain. No apology, NOTHING! I would at a minimum, thought she could have at least been apologetic! I will say this hotel is clean and the housekeeping staff, very nice and apologetic. The manager should take a page from the housekeeping staff!

Great Customer ServiceThe Front Desk agent Damon was great! Damon displayed high quality customer service when we ran into an issue at check in. He was very professional and accommodating while finding a resolution. I myself work in Customer Service and would be pleased to have member such as Damon on my team!

Exceptional serviceThis is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Front staff was awesome and very helpful. I cant remember their names- we checked in on 2/27/2021, arrived around 5pm. The woman who checked us in was new. Upon check out on 2/28/2021 a young man was extremely helpful. All around great experience. Thanks guys! Highly recommend
