Business Trip to Home2SuitesThe General Manager, Brekke, was outstanding in taking care of our reservations and then at the hotel giving us items from the breakfast bar every morning. Asked Krissy if she had any hand lotion. The didn't have any but the next day she came up with 2 travel sized bottles for us. That is really caring, customer service. Great staff and clean rooms. Close to Aberdeen Proving Ground for our business.

Wonderful stay at excellent hotelI had an extended stay of about 3.5 months, and I can't think of a place I'd rather have been. Brekke, the manager, is highly professional, attentive, and helpful. The staff are friendly, warm, and good at what they do. I felt like they all worked hard to take care of me--whatever I needed. This place is exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

By far the best experience I've had at Hilton properties. As a frequent business traveler, ~250 nights in Hilton properties this year, this hotel and it's staff is by far the best I have experienced. With over 90 days straight at this location the attentive nature of the staff never lessened, if anything as they got to know you made things personal and pleasant. The staff is really a pleasure to be around, all on first name basis and take the time to get to know you. The manager, Brekke, goes out of her way with accommodation or recommendations. It is clear she has shaped that hotel and it shows. Miss Connie will have you fed with a smile on the weekends! Shi'loh at the desk has such positive energy. Anyone you interact with will leave you smiling. And during C19 that is a definite plus! Longest straight stay at a hotel and am very happy with my choice, it is a default decision now and will recommend to all that have business in Aberdeen.

Best breakfast I've seen in almost a year!I've travelled from NYC to Philly to Maryland to Florida several times and have stayed in many hotels that say they provide breakfast, only to be let down with the brown bag nonsense or 'Sorry, no breakfast due to Convid'. The excuse they use because of the pandemic and loss of revenue so they mostly remove breakfast or offer cheap alternatives, after you pay for the full package and you can't do anything about it. So, even though I am titled a vegan due to my eating habits, I was so happy to finally see a place that was not only well kept, but they offered the full breakfast. The only negative part was a little old lady that was serving the food and mad that I would not wear a mask due to her lack of knowledge about how viruses work and how masks are truly useless but she must watch the media. I told her that I have a medical condition so she really could not force me to produce documents as per Hipaa laws and privacy rights given as well by the ADA. Yes, I have to go into all of that. The superstar there was CONNIE! She was just amazing and a pleasure to know. I didn't go down when she was serving but did get to meet her briefly. She went above and beyond to make my son and nephews feel comfortable. Second to her was Yolanda. She was also a very pleasant woman that just had a pleasing personality and knows how to make people want to go there. The CONVID has turned good people against each other and also politics with the media putting out such misinformation about Trump, but none of that mattered at this place. Just good hearted people that were ready and willing to serve us and really make it a special trip and experience. So much so that I am now in Florida staying at another one, BUT they have the bag grab and go here, surprisingly as this state is one that people are running to because the governor has some sense and opened everything. That's about it. I really had to give respect and honor to those two ladies mostly. These stupid questions below about masks and helping to push the narrative they want us to believe so we lose our rights and any dignity or common sense we have, is just getting ignored. I have done my research about OUR IMMUNE SYSTEMS that no media will cover. If anyone is interested in knowing truth, follow Dr Uncle Louie Angel on IG. Sorry, but this scam and letting people die because they withhold info, has gone on long enough.
