  Bad service, old hotel

  I stayed there for only one night. The hotel location is the only plus. This is the worst hotel i have been to. Service is bad, the staff are not friendly, they dont mind about customers, at the night we should wait 20min to enter because nobody is staying at the reception or maybe sleeping. I like that almost all the employees are lebanese, but they dont care about the business except one of them, i dont remember her name. I think that they need to employ a new team and a bit of renovation and the hotel will be better.

  Old hotel with friendly staff

  This is not the best choice. The rooms are old AC been noisy. Not much TV channels. I took breakfast next door managish. The location is great many very nice shops. Also within 200 meters from night bars. WiFi is very good. The laddy at the reception is nice and helpful as well the man at the night sheft. They do have parking free of charge. The outdoor swimming pool so small and not functioning during our stay. The rooms with balcony over looking the sea much nicer than the ones facing the mountain. The shower is so small. I prefer paint 15$ more and stay at Bile Azor hotel.

  4/10 hotel

  I stayed in holiday suits 12 to 19 February 2016..let me start by the gd stuff...the location was great right in the center of Jounieh; nearby walking u find pubs, cafe, restaurants, souk...the day staff was lovely..The room was big with windows with good views.. now for the bad stuff : 1-they say there s a free parking but 8 of 10 times it s full because it s rented to locals. 2-the room need lots of maintenance (the bathtub,the electric sockets, walls etc). 3-the room was too dirty (bathtub, windows, floor, walls, tables...). 4-internet connection disconnect like 5 times a day for 30 min each. 5-the TV had 10 channels and most of them had bad signals. 6-the night guy receptionist is impolite..he seems angry when u return later than 12 am because he ll have to get up and open the door for you... On time we were too close of a fight because i didnt want to keep my keys with him although my car was parked up to their terms..

  Horrible place

  The reception was terrible! The man on the door denied the fact that it's a beach resort as described! Description of room detail is completely different! The most terrible place ever to spend Even one night! Would never ever recommend it to anyone!

  Great 2019 Summer vacation

  It has been over than 10 years i stay in this hotel and i would't change, Location , location and location, middle of everything and a very good service. Lots of renovations are done since i'have been here.
