  Horrible relación calidad/precio

  Es muy caro, casi 600rmb por noche (unos 100 euros) por una habitación muy cutre que parecía que tenia 200 años. El desayuno no esta mal, pero tienes que cambiar de edificio, al crown plaza. Tened cuidado, hay 3 holiday inn juntos, muy lioso encontrar el correcto a la primera. No volvería ni loco.

  Excellent Service, average room, but confusing check-in area

  Stayed at this location for 1 night. The local cab dropped us at the holiday inn express, which was easier to spot; while the doorman pointed the direction for the holiday inn. Walked over, only to find that the check-in has been relocated to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Walked over there to do the check-in, only to find that the rooms allocated is in the holiday inn wing (which we came from). Definitely not fun walking around after a long day just for check-in. On the plus side, the staff was very apologetic, and guided us around. They should have put up signs noting the correct place for check-in upon entry for cars. Breakfast was great. Fantastic selection of food. Rooms were average, had stayed in better holiday inn locations elsewhere though.

  Shaolin Temple visit

  I booked this hotel last minute and Im glad to say that I dont regret it. I arrived at a late hour go zhengzhou train station but hotel was able to arrange pick up for me since this was my very first time. Purpose of the trip was to visit Shaolin Temple next day. Overall the hotel is good, beautiful decorations although I arrived they ghe Crown Plaza lobby. Room was ok, I was upgraded to a suite due to my platinum status and that was without asking for it unlike Holiday inns in the US that they dont offer it unless you ask.

  Chambermaid

  Was there from 2 to 4 June 2019. Came back on the second day after leaving for business and noticed that my luggage was opened and closed back. On checking out the next day, asked a chambermaid I saw outside my room about what I noticed and she denied it. I told her my luggage has a certain position I closed that whoever opened it Im aware and she kept quiet. Luckily nothing of value I left inside my luggage when going out.

  Old hotel, require lots of renovation

  If you booked this hotel, you have to check in at Crown Plaza hotel (I didnt know this before I check in though). The hotel building seemed to be very old and need lots of renovation. The room is very cold even we already set the highest temperature. Breakfast is served at Crown Plaza hotel which is good though. The hotel is located not near to any metro or train station in a walking distance. There is nothing to do around hotel. The nearest shopping mall is about 10 minutes walk. Furthermore, I was offered to take very pricey hotel van about ten time when I asked the hotel to call for taxi to any places! The city of Zhengzhou is definitely not tourist destination.
