  Horrible customer service we have stayed her multiple times in last 6 months as a family. We reserved a king side bedroom. For 3 adults 1 child to find out that this room didn't come with a pull out sofa which they offer. Instead they insisted that 2 cots would be the beds an handicapped adult and a child that was in the room with us. My husband dealt with corporate which we reserved the room with and the local manager. So apparently when reserving room you have to ask for sofa bed because if you reserve a king for 4 people they expect you to sleep on cots. Most company's charge for cots uses and are not part of the room. My husband and family are there for the event they are holding and will return to event but will never stay in this hotel ever again. As it gives you the run around and refuses to deal with the problems it faces by booking thru corporate. Sad part is I looked past the incident we had in may to stay in july and in September. As in may the housekeeper was cleaning our room and throwing up in our trash cans because she was so sick and they was short handed. My family felt sorry for her. Thankfully we was checking out the next day as I'm sure it was full of germs from this sick lady working.

  Stayed for a Dog Show

  This is a very pleasant place to stay with your dogs for dog show. It's a clean well-run facility with plenty of areas to exercise your dog. The attached Conference center is a great venue for dog shows. The staff was friendly and the on-site Max and Erma's restaurants was also good.

  Convention Center

  Stayed here in conjunction with a dog show. I thought the layout was nice and the hotel generally clean and professional looking. The staff was friendly and very tolerant of all of the fur the show dogs donated.

  Love this hotel

  I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions while visiting my nephew at Wilmington College. Location and amenities are both great. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It is great to have a restaurant on the premises.

  Really nice hotel

  The hotel was incredible. We had to come here to get a motorcycle my husband bought so we stayed @ the hotel. We asked for a handicapped room and we got a totally handicapped room. In a lot of hotels we stay we ask for one but the bed is super high and hard for me to get on. But not this one. The room is was big and spacious. The front desk staff was super nice and quick. The hotel was very clean. There was a disinfectant station everywhere you went, so that was great.
