  Nicely Renovated

  We had rented two rooms for one night. We found upon arrival that the hotel had been renovated inside and outside. Our room with a king bed was clean and modern. The furniture appeared all new and modern. The coffee machine was a Keurig which should be noted in their advertising so guests can bring their favorite coffee if needed. The bathroom was also modern with towels looking brand new. The downside is that the bathroom is very small. To enter the tub/shower the bathroom door must be closed. The unexpected item is that the floor is not carpeted but has very nice hardwood flooring. I expected the floor to be cold but it was never cold even even with the AC on. Beds and bedding are brand new. We definitely would stay again if we were in the area.

  Stayed For NYE

  I stayed here for NYE 2019 for a night. The rooms seemed to be newly renovated! I was really impressed with how nice the room was and how much space it had. I do wish the bathroom was just a tad bit larger. Some more space between the door and the toilet would be nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and there was plenty of parking! The black out curtains/shade did a GREAT job of keeping light out! I was on the 6th floor and did notice it was a bit noisy. I could hear the ice machine and people in the halls. For one night it wasn't a huge issue but for a longer stay, it might add up. I've seen people mention highway noise but I didn't notice any of that but my room faced away from I83 and towards the parking lot out front.

  An old hotel, freshened up a bit...noisy

  This hotel was chosen largely because of the close proximity to my doctors appointments at (Johns Hopkins) Greenspring Station in Lutherville, MD. The hotel is situated slightly off of a very busy road. The benefits of that is that it is very easy to find a local restaurant (their is also a Chill's attached) and get on Interstate 83. The drawback is that it is on a busy road and it can be very noisy at night. We had a room facing the parking lot (front) so maybe that made it worse. The front desk staff that checked us in were very nice and helpful. The hotel had undergone a minor "face lift", but far from a full renovation. I'm very detailed oriented and it seemed like cheap materials were used and paint was just slapped over cracks. The room was large with a lot of empty space that wasn't being utilized, but the bathroom was ridiculously small. The beds were too soft, the room could have been a little cleaner, and the hallway was extremely dark but you could still see it needed to be vacuumed. I wont be staying here again. This place is very much trying to get caught up with what other hotels have been doing for years. I would urge you to look for other hotels in the area; I have stayed at several different hotels close to this one and this is by far is my least favorite. This isn't a hotel for a vacation, we just needed a place to sleep (although it was too noisy to get any).

  Amazing customer service

  Amazing checkin from Dee and of course Juuli didn't disappoint at check out. I made another reservation and checked in later on and was happy to see Juuli again who greeted me with welcome back im happy to see you again and thank you for staying with us! This will definitely be my home away from home. Kenya

  Very Mediocre...

  Needed early check in, which took a while to get even though the hotel looked relatively empty. The check in was nothing special one way or another. The room I was given was an accessible room, which is apparently the only one they had but I honestly did not get a feeling of comfort and relaxation upon stepping into the room. On the positive side,the room smelled clean and the air-conditioning although there was an old unit,did work well. However, there was no carpeting in the room! It had cheap feeling Vinyl Linoleum type flooring which is anything but welcoming IMHO, it may work in a newly flipped house but not a hotel room. The walls were also repainted popcorn type (ceiling) walls, which reminds you of Motel 6. To be fair, the bed was very comfortable,so thumbs up for that, but overall more like a 2 star hotel, which has room to improve and has the potential to be nice if some work was put into it. Just my opinion and experience.
