  I want to say this hotel has been amazing during my stay for my travel assignment. Tony at the front desk is very helpful. Very clean hotel. It very convenient to multiple stores and restaurants. I would recommend my friends and family.

  Birdwatching

  I spent four great nights at this wonderful Holiday Inn. Every member of the staff that I came in contact with was supper friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas were extra clean. I have food allergies and the chef Jody and the servers that took care of me for breakfast was very understanding of my special needs and prepared my food exactly as requested. My food was A+ very tasty and cooked as I requested. I have already recommended this Inn to friends and if I am ever back down that way I dont plan on staying anywhere else but here.

  Clean & Comfotable

  My mom had suffered a stroke on 2/4/21 & had been airlifted from her home in south Ga to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital(TMH). I quickly packed my car & mad the 2 hr drive south to be with her & arrived at 9pm. After they stabilized her she was sent to the ICU & as you can only imagine I was mentally & emotionally drained by now its 2am so I slept a few hours in my car in the hospitals parking garage so I could return quickly if her condition got worse(with COVID theyre very struck on visitation & no one is allowed to stay overnight in the hospital room) Earlier on my drive to the hospital from Ga I asked a friend to get on her computer & find a place close to TMH & she noticed the wonderful reviews at the Holiday Inn East Capital so I booked a room for at least 2 nights starting the next day on 2/5/21 not knowing how long Id need to stay. As it turns out I stayed 3 nights until my mother was discharged from TMH on 2/8/21. Let me now tell you about this fantastic hotel...Everyone & I mean everyone behind the counter couldnt been nicer & more helpful!! This hotel is one of the newest in the area & the rooms are super modern & nice but the absolute best part for me were the unbelievably comfortable beds!!! I flew for the airlines for 32 years & have stayed in hundreds of hotels in the US & Europe but these beds & pillows were some of the most comfortable Ive ever slept on!!!! The hotel was nice & quiet too & thats always a big plus!! Id also like to personally thank the desk employee Emily for being so kind & considerate with helping me make additional reservations since I didnt know how long Id have to stay. She was very efficient & would quickly make any changes neede. Holiday Inn is lucky to have her on their staff!!!

  Excellent service!

  Emily went out of her way to make sure that my wife and I had everything we needed and felt awesome the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. I will definitely recommend this stay to my friends and family!

  Good quality ! And excellent service everyone so nice !!rooms were very clean ! I love how they have laundry included with the hotel .also have breakfast in the morning and a good variety of things to buy in the loonys store .
