  Excelente hotel de costo económico/moderado

  Excelente localización, muy bueno para personas que están en viaje de negocios. los cuartos están preparados para continuar tu jornada de trabajo si así es necesario.La amabilidad de su personal es increíble, te hacen sentir como en tu casa.

  Dissapointed with stay

  Had 4 rooms booked for 4 adult couples as a overnight getaway. Based upon the hotel parking lot it was lucky to be at half capacity for our overnight stay. However they couldn't put all 4 of our rooms on the same floor which seemed odd since they were booked together for this purpose. After a fun evening out our group of 8 came back to the hotel and began playing cards in a small private meeting room just off of the hotel lobby. We had no music on and were not loud at all. At 12:00 the on duty manager said we were no longer welcome in the lobby. It was their policy that you couldn't gather in the lobby past 12:00. We verified with her that there had been no complaints from other hotel guest regarding our use of the room and she confirmed that there had been no complaints, but she stated that we still had to leave the lobby. She told us if we didn't leave the lobby she would kick us out of the hotel. She was very unprofessional in speaking with us. We weren't a group of young kids causing any problems and there were no complaints from other guests. I have never been treated like this at a hotel or stayed at a hotel with this kind of so called policy. We were very disappointing with the manager and her treatment towards us. I am an early riser and was up at 6:00am and went down to the lobby the next morning. There was not another guest to be found in the lobby but there was the manager sitting on a couch watching TV. I guess she just wanted the lobby all to herself. It was an odd stay to say the least. Do yourself a favor and book one of the other hotels in the area.

  Awesome Holiday Inn

  This Holiday Inn in Perrysburg is new and is as Good As It Gets for a Holiday Inn. The room was nice, clean, nice decor, bed was comfortable with great Linens and pillows. Overall great stay and recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Perrysburg. Also had a fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was good as well.

  The Party Next Door

  Before I get to why my rating is low I want to talk about the hotel itself. Very clean and modern looking with attractive color schemes. Everything was going well until 12 at night. Loud music, what I assume was a party was happening next door. Obviously, this is an isolated incident. I don't think the hotel has bad soundproofing because the guests were being very loud, it's more of the guest's fault than the hotels. The staff did address the situation after 2 from guests' complaints and stopped the party. The staff handled it well and finally, we were able to sleep. The reason why I rated it so low is due to my experience, there is not much the hotel could do in that situation so I don't blame anything on them. I guarantee that you will not have this problem if you stay here. We have another stay planned soon. Hopefully, that experience will be better.

  Better than expected

  First time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and loved every bit of it. Had a king sized bed and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was also spacious. Liked that the shower had sliding doors instead of a curtain. Added touch of a Keurig in the room. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold food, drinks and coffee. Got plenty to eat. Staff were very friendly and housekeeping did a great job. I hope that all Holiday Inn Express hotels are as great as this one.
