  Buen hotel

  El hotel holiday inn del wolfchase se caracteriza por ser un hotel moderno, modesto y a la vez acogedor. La atencion es muy buena, las instalaciones limpias. El servicio de desayuno es bueno aunque deberia ser mas variado.

  Comfortable Stay

  The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located near several restaurants as well. I highly recommend Soul Fish and Firebirds.This is a great place to stay for business trips!

  Good Stay

  Good place to stay, located close to several restaurants and the mall area. Safe neighborhood, plenty of free parking. Complimentary breakfast with choice of bagels, yogurt, milk, hard boiled eggs, etc. Served so that you take it to your room instead of eating downstairs. No housekeeping unless you stay more than 5 days. This was explained at check in. They provide extra towels, soap, etc if needed. Would stay again.

  One off?

  Judging by the reviews I assumed this was a nice property and maybe it is but I just had a one off experience. Front desk clerk was excellent. Very nice lady on night shift. The hotel seemed to be rather old but had a nicely done renovation where most of the money was spent on the exterior and lobby but not so much on the actual rooms. My main complaint is the bed. The mattress was extremely old and/or poor quality. The sides were stiff and right when you sat on it you'd roll backwards to the middle. It was very difficult to sleep on with two people forced into a small area. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it for a while (smoking room) but had been repainted and had the carpet replaced during renovations and branded nonsmoking but I know the smell from having lived with a smoker for a long time. It was likely in the wood furniture which had only been repainted not replaced and probably the walls. The room was spacious? Large tv, very small fridge and microwave. Bathroom was decent. Shower was not retiled but that was fine. I could live with those issues but people were very loud on the property. Multiple people would walk down the hall using speakerphone on their phones and at some point some drunk women started yelling and carrying on for over an hour. I called the front desk and was told security would be sent up but I don't know if anyone came because they continued to scream and curse for 45 minutes more. At that point we decided to go ahead and check out. Would I stay here again? Possibly if the room could be checked over first and it wasn't busy. Seemed a lot of riff-raff showed up due to the weather.

  Seemed Good

  We only stayed here for a few hours, trying to get some sleep before getting on the road again. The attendant at the front desk wasnt the most welcoming but it was late and very busy. The bed was comfy. The hotel was practically next-door to the mall. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, and it felt safe.
