  Great Staff

  My daughter and I are here for 2 nights. We checked in yday. The 1st 2 rooms we were given had some housekeeping issues. I was ready to pack up, forfeit my first nite there and go elsewhere. LUKE and AMANDA checked us in and worked w us and they are absolutley AMAZING!! There professionalism and wonderful personalities would make u want to stay here...if only for those reasons. They are great! They housekeeping manager who was on duty last nite, as well as the young lady at the bar were both very friendly as well. There are some things that can be improved, but STAFF are wonderful. Thanks to all who helped us last nite.

  Overnight Memphis Stay

  Relatively new, built in April 2019. Hotel was very clean with uber comfortable bedding. I stayed in a king room. The television was huge! At 99.00 a night, I would definitely stay here when coming In to do memphis business.

  Funeral trip rip off

  I stayed at this hotel in late January because my family had to come to Memphis for a funeral. We booked the rooms from Friday to Monday (3 nights @ 95 per day plus a small upcharge for one person extra per room) through IHG. Before we arrived to the hotel, the hotel split my reservation from one confirmation to two separate ones and readjusted the price to $140 a night per room. They never told me this. When we checked out there was no bill under our door and the Front Desk was On the phone so I placed the keys on the desk and left. After I arrived home I saw on my credit card the overcharge. I started calling and emailing IHG and the hotel. I was basically called a liar by the hotel and was told they should have charged me more. IHG was very apologetic but no use whatsoever. They said the hotel needs to fix it. I called the owner and she told me she would review and call me back in a couple days. That never happened. I was overcharged almost $300 and they dont care. I am a platinum elite member with IHG was a priority club member long before that but after this episode, Im done if this isnt resolved.

  Do Not Stay Here

  During a pandemic, you would think that hotels would uphold COVID-19 protocols. Yet, this one does not. The rooms are not being cleaned well, and the staff allows people to walk around without face mask coverings. There are also items missing in your room that you would normally find in a hotel room after checking in (i.e. towels, irons, hangers, travel sized hygiene products, etc.). Beware of this hotel and spend your money elsewhere.

  Relax and Rest

  I'm a firm believer you have to find out for yourself. I have stayed at this property on numerous stays and had the best customer service ever!! Eric the front counter person is very professional and goes out his way of pleasing the guests! Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. Prices are excellent .Overall you want be disappointed.
