  Agradable hotel y comodo

  Es un hotel bastante comodo, ubicable y limpio. lo recomiendo ampliamente!!! El personal es muy amable y cualquier cosa me ayudaran, por ejemplo el servicio de taxys en Houston no es muy bueno y ellos estuvieron al pendiente de que llegará el taxy. El desayuno es sencillo, pero rico y bastante practico si tienes que salir corriendo para alguna junta. Mi viaje fue de negocios por 5 días, mi estadia fue perfecta!

  Las instalaciones del hotel son cómodas y el personal con el que cuentan es muy servicial, desde la recepción hasta las chicas del restaurant, Dulce y Amelia hacen que te sientas como en casa. Totalmente recomendable.

  Best Services

  This is my second time staying in this hotel. The services are extremely good, especially from Mary Ann, she was so helpful during my stay. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was nice. It's very recommended.

  A slide of bloody pillow

  Worst stay ever. (A jazzy motel 6) Where do I begin between the musty smelling room, the noisy air condition that sounded like change had dropped in it , I had no cold water just hot, and my bed had a bloody pillow in it. So I had to share a bed w my daughter smh. I brought these concern to there attention and have yet to here anything back. Went through a third party that recommended this place and have already to reached out to them. Do yourself a favor find another place to stay definitely not worth the money

  Ok for 1 night, but I still checked out early

  I was working in Houston last weekend, and rather than drive 4 1/2 hours back to Dallas, decided to stay over. I found this IHG hotel online and it was a decent price, so I made a reservation. The property is nice. It's in a well maintained business area in Westway Park. Check in was painless and easy. The clerk was very nice, and welcomed me at an IHG member (although it's been many months since I last stayed at an IHG property). She gave me a king room. It wasn't large but it was ok. The bathroom is typical of this type of hotel but the amenities were lacking. Only one bar of soap. Hmmmmm. I hung some clothes up in the closet and pulled out my laptop to do a little work. I couldn't connect to the hotel's wifi, which was frustrating. I called the desk and a guy tried to direct me (I am IT knowledgeable) but still not able to connect. So I plugged into the LAN and got to work. The chair at the desk was terrible. It's a banquet chair and uncomfortable. Needless to say, I didn't get much work completed. There is a little sofa (large enough for 1 adult and 1 child). It would have been an ok place to sit, if the wifi had been working. There's enough space for better seating, and I had a very standard size room. I went to shower and used the shampoo and conditioner provided. Once out, I went to wash my hands, but again was only provided one bar which I left in the shower (ridiculous in the era of COVID 19). Climbed back into the shower to get the soap so I could wash my hands at the sink. I left the hotel for food and noticed groups of people smoking in many areas of the parking lot. When I returned, more groups of people smoking in the lot. No parking so I parked around back. I went to bed and could hear people walking in the room above me and up and down the hallway outside my door. I turned the tv on and the air con to help drown out the noise. Tried to sleep. Wasn't able. At 2:30am, many people in the hall laughing and talking. More walking back and forth upstairs over my room. At 5 am, I had slept maybe 2 hours and was very frustrated. I brushed my teeth, washed my face, packed, dressed and left. I was home in Dallas by 10am. Where I proceeded to go straight to bed and sleep 12+ hours.
