One bad appleThe hotel itself is great most of the staff is fantastic very limited on shuttle service shuttle stops at 11:00 a.m. does not start again till 4:00 p.m. And no one at the front desk lets you know the lady who checked me in Dania is horrible very dramatic very let her business be out there contacts guests trying to help them get her a job too much personal information that she relies to the customers she doesn't really do her job did not know about the restaurant did not know about the shuttle service stopping at a certain time just very unprofessional other than that the hotel is okay lots of maintenance issues in the room Lisa at the front desk is amazing the general manager Greg is really sweet but the girl Dania needs to go. The biggest issue is for Dania to let a guest know that her son is extremely sick with high fevers loss of appetite loss of taste real bad headaches which we all know are the signs of covid or either something more serious that have you having 104 fever and she lets this be known to the customers but yet she's there at work she takes care of her son on a day-to-day basis and should not be in contact with gas at the hotel without getting her son checked out that's a health issue for all of us she should be quarantined for 14 days there are signs all throughout the hotel that says if you're sick or you have been around anybody who has been sick you need to self quarantine but yet she's there

Great propertyWe stayed one night but we found the room well appointed and clean. You can tell that management takes pride in their facility. We would definitely stay again when flying out of Denver. It is in a good and quite location

Hotel is great, but Bryant is THE reason to come back!I travel about 70% for work. I am in and out of hotels weekly. I stay at Hilton and Marriott for the points, and I have my favorites based on where I travel. This is a nice, new and clean hotel. The service I usually get with Hilton properties is good - friendly staff, welcoming, etc. However, Bryant is one of those rare people you encounter in the service industry that truly understands the culture of SERVICE. He was warm, energetic, friendly - and takes pride in his work. You would think he owned the place! It's so nice to see this in an era where above and beyond customer service is not practiced nor understood. Because of Bryant, I will be staying here from now on when work takes me to Denver.

The Doubletree is brand new and has great serviceStayed at the Doubletree DIA this past weekend. The hotel is beautiful, they just opened as a Doubletree and they did an unbelievable job on the hotel. The staff is excellent and the service was great. I stayed on the 6th floor and my room was completely sanitized per Hilton with a seal on the door and everything. My daughter and I had dinner in the Tower Tap and Grill. It was busy and the staff in there did a great job in getting our food out etc. I also used the hotel shuttle service to the airport. That staff did a great job getting you to all of the airlines etc. Make sure you sign up for the shuttle. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. They did a great job for me from check in to check out.

Transformed property!This properly was formerly another brand hotel. It was worn out and needed some love. Hilton came in and completely gutted and re-did this property, and now it is a completely NEW place! The rooms are so well-appointed and comfortable. They're modern and well-decorated. The lobby and common areas just look fabulous as well. However, the staff here is what really deserves accolades. The front desk team, particularly Amy, treats guests as if she is welcoming you into her own home! I was traveling with a colleague was staying in the room next to mine. My colleague took an extra hot shower and the steam must've triggered the smoke detector. Amy assured us it wasn't a big deal and came up to the rescue within moments to reset the smoke detector! She even called our rooms a short while later to follow up and ensure we didn't need anything else. Wow! Things happen, but the way staff handles it is what makes all the difference! Thanks Amy!! The hotel also has a restaurant on the first floor. My colleagues and I had some great appetizers and drinks. We were impressed with the portion sizes for the appetizers! Great service as well. Overall, this is an awesome option if you're looking for a hotel with a shuttle to the airport or if you're just visiting the area. This staff will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and accommodated!
