  What youd expect

  We dont have a bad thing to say about this Holiday Inn. It is exactly what youd expect. Its not a 5 star resort, but is better than your average 3 star hotel. Burger Theory is damn good for a small restaurant. The hotel was clean, and we have no complaints.

  Really Disappointed

  We checked out at 7am because we couldnt turn the heat off in our room. I woke up at 5:30 because it was 80 degrees even though it was set to 69. I tried to turn the heat to OFF and go back to sleep but it wouldnt stop running. Even when I turned the AC on it continued to blow hot. I called the desk about 6:15 to ask if I was misunderstanding how the system worked. She was very nice and suggested I open a window. Windows dont open. At this point we decided to leave. Upon leaving I asked her to please have her manager call me. Have not heard from them. I understand that equipment malfunctions. I feel you should at least pretend to care. Also, we went to the restaurant about 20 minutes before closing time and they made no bones about the fact that they were done for the day. They took our order but were very short with us. Turned all the lights on and started actively closing at ten til closing. We asked them to just box our food to go because it was not relaxing and all. Just not a good stay.

  Good except unprofessional Front Desk Attendance

  The hotel was good. The room was clean. Except we had a bad experience with the front office lady. We checked in and she just wanted to rush the process. She did not explained that the hotel hold for incidental and etc. She just rushed me to sign the form and no explanation. She should not work in service industry.

  Room was great, clean and comfortable, front desk could have been friendlier

  This hotel is in a great location and far enough from the highway as to not hear any noise. I checked in and I greeted the two ladies at the front desk, one completely ignored me and the other was quite nice. I was checked in effortlessly as I had a reservation and found out the restaurant was open within the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and very nice. The room was excellent, comfortable and I felt safe as I was traveling by myself. The bed was soft and inviting, the sheets were super soft and cool as it was a hot day. Upon checkout I received the same somewhat unfriendly service which was sad as the hotel is really nice.

  Daft employee & dirty refrigerator

  I had a decent sleep until 12:31 a.m. when Diamond (employee's name) called from the front desk to let me know that the credit card on file needed to be updated in the morning before checking out for incidentals. And, when I opened the refrigerator to find the former guests' food still there. 12:31 a.m. Really?! Do you think maybe a note under the door might have been more appropriate given the hour??
