  Buen hotel en el standard de la cadena

  Este hotel se encuentra ubicado muy cerca de Columbia Mall, en la ciudad del mismo nombre Missouri. Las habitaciones son confortables y espaciosas. El desayuno no es demasiado surtido. Es un tipico hotal de esta cadena con las comodidades habituales y un lobby bastante mas importante.

  Horrible stay

  They did not have lobby set up for social distancing and tv has been out for over 12 hours which they state is not the cable companies issue but a hotel issue. They have declined to mitigate the situation and appear indifferent to complaints.

  Close to the highway and restaurants

  This hotel is close to the Highway and a good spot for over night trips or traveling teams to stay. There is a pool to entertain the kids and restaurant to entertain the parents. Ample parking for busses or trucks are available!

  Nothing like the commercial tag line of staying at a Holiday Inn last night...

  My wife and I stayed at this hotel on Saturday night, August 15, 2020 after a long day on the road. The location was convenient to highway 70 and there were several other amenities nearby. We didnt check in until later that night and we were up and checked out by 8:00 a.m. the following day. The person working the front desk was a very pleasant young lady and she promptly and professionally got us settled into our room I am assuming that there were a good number of guests staying at the hotel that night, as the parking lot had a decent number of cars and there were people milling around in the lobby area for it being relatively late when we checked in. It wasnt until we were settled into our room and sleeping that we realized that there would be a very loud party in the room across the hall. There was loud music, chatter, and a good deal of offensive language. This went on for hours and various guests in that part of the hotel made attempts to quiet things down. At no point did hotel security or staff address the issue, which they were well aware of. At 4:00 a.m. I had finally had enough and called the front desk to demand that someone take action. The same person who checked us in was very apologetic and knew exactly where the disturbance was coming from, but for some reason was hesitant to act. Finally, around 4:30-4:45 she banged on the door and scolded the guests for their behavior. This stopped the music and the conversation slowed down, but the whole situation was mismanaged by hotel staff all along. Ive usually had very good experiences with Holiday Inn, but this one reset my impression of the chain to a much lower level and will make me rethink staying there in the future.

  Very nice and comfortable!

  The rooms were excellent as usual. They had sanitized seals on the doors which made you instantly comfortable. They had sack lunches to go for the inconvenience of covid. Friendly staff and desk clerks.
