  Worst Hotel Manager . Far. Run down halls. Decent basic rooms.

  I booked a room through priceline for $64.00 including tax, originally $49 pretax. Cheap, great deal. The hotel was a ghost town they are desperate for business. It smelled strongly of marijuana and tobacco in the balls. The carpet in the balls was run down. The room seemed clean but I was only there for a no Ute before the phone rang and hotel GM Jimmy Whitley said "I'm giving you 5 minutes to pack up your belongings and get the %$%$ out of here or I'm calling the police". With all the tension in the country I gather he is simply a racist. I moved on to a much better hotel, the Residence Inn Marriott for the same rate. He was kind enough to issue a refund after kicking out his pre-paid guests. There was a group of thuggish men smoking in between the sliding double doors at the entrance. I was shocked nobody was enforcing the smoking 15ft away from the building. I wouldn't stay there. And it was 12 miles away from the Denver city center. And the angle the hotel sits, it is shady and ackward.

  Great rooms, not ok service

  Check in personnel on Monday 6/15 at 7:00pm, she acted very inconvenienced with anything we asked and us overall being there. Was not a great 1st impression. Luckily the room really made up for her negative attitude. Pool was really clean and well heated.

  Nice room

  A family member had made us a reservation at the Extended Stay in Greenwood village which was so disgusting! So i got on Priceline for a hotel and got the Holiday Inn I felt like I had been rescued, very friendly staff, nice big room, clean. Was always greeted when we came in the door, just ended up being a great stay!

  Nice hotel in Parker

  Stayed two nights in October 2020. Hotel had all of the necessary COVID-19 safety measures in place. Check-in was smooth and all staff I interacted with were friendly. Hotel restaurant is closed at this time. They had a grab and go bag available for breakfast, but I did not try it. Room was clean and functional. Check-out was speedy. I would stay here again if I am ever in the Parker area.

  Turned off by ONE THING

  As a road warrior for business, I travel constantly. Although the hotel itself was clean, and room was acceptable, I find it hard to re book with the property in the future due to the price gouging for incidentals they offered. Long story short, I wanted a sweet treat after dinner, and dog tired, just wanted to stay in. I went to purchase a Snickers at the front desk- only to be quoted a price of $3.24 for a reg (small size). Needless to say, they kept that Snickers. I have NO issue with making a profit, but $3.24 for a regular size Snickers bar? Beyond ridiculous. Makes me wonder what the prices they charge for other incidentals. Travelers beware here of purchasing incidentals........
