  Un Hotel solo OK

  Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy buenas camas. Se duerme muy bien. La atención en Recepción es muy amable. Un punto bajo es la mala calidad de el House Keeping. Un día llegamos a la tarde y la habitación no estaba hecha. Y en otro día se nota que hicieron las camas pero lo dejaron todo ordenado. Un punto bajo

  Not great for the cost

  This hotel used to be cool but is worked out need some new carpet and paint... the bar was fantastic and good was good. I really enjoyed my view but again the room is getting old. Bathroom was very clean and the tile in ok conditions. WiFi was not working for most of my stay. Not sure I would stay there again until they improve it.

  good location for a three day business stay

  This location was a good choice for me due to business in Rancho Cordova. It is right off the HWY 50. One of the disadvantages, however, is the commute traffic adjacent to the hotel due to construction on a few of the nearby interchanges, so after work congestion really jams everything up untill well after 6pm. There was a small problem with room, in which the staff quickly moved me to a second room which also had a small problem with the outlet at the room's work desk (they need quality control to insure EVERYTHING works and after any repairs in my opinion). But other than that the desk staff, breakfast staff and housekeeping are great. Parking is free-- so was the breakfast and sleep quality was good. I will stay again. But, they were not up to the standard that I have experienced at other Holiday Inn locations.

  Great overnight stay

  I had a great stay recently at this hotel after having less than desirable experiences with other hotels in the area. Upon entering I noticed they have signs saying they are remodeling, currently you couldn't tell they were other than by the signs. After speaking with the front desk, they mentioned they are starting with the rooms and then will focus on the lobby and other areas, so keep that in mind if that affects your decision. I was lucky enough to stay in one of the recently remodeled rooms. It was great. More outlets than anyone could ever use. The bed was extremely comfortable, the internet was fast and reliable, and the bathroom was nice with a nice shower head. Overall it was all I could ask for in a room. Upon check-in, I had also received a free drink and a free breakfast coupon. I am a gold member, so I don't know if this applies to everyone, but I usually don't receive this at other holiday inn stays. There is a restaurant/bar on-site which was great since I didn't want to have to travel for food. I used my free drink and ordered the special of the night which was the prime rib special. It was fantastic. Perfect in every way, very tasty. The food overall looked great that they were serving. It was a pleasant surprise since there didn't seem to be too many people dining there. I didn't have time for breakfast, but overall my stay was great. This will now be my go to hotel when I am in the area.

  Sleepless in Rancho cordova

  if listening to trailer trucks going by on the highway is your lullaby then this is your place. Could not sleep all night.Building is old and worn out. Heating system is loud and cycles hot then cold. Torture!
