  An international Chain hotel and its up to its standard

  The in-house dining is the range of Sg hotel pricing. The spa and massage is certainly cheaper than Sg. The beds are absolutely fabulous and pillows are great too. Towels are very old but not torn though. Staff are responsive and polite.

  I love this getaway in Holiday Inn

  Yes, its a bit far from the Sekupang Ferry terminal but its not a problem. Hotel offered a shuttle service to cater their guests to and from the hotel. They have huge room, very spacious, soft bed and we love it. It has a full set of toiletries. They have great staff who gave us complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary.. Thanks Holiday Inn! Staff are so kind and always give you a smile. We also love the spa. They accomodate us even 11pm. Nice place and very relaxing. You have your own toilet, shower and beds (private one). We also love the pool. They have a sizable pools for kids and adults. They also have slide for kids. Buffet breakfast is great. I love their beef rendang, beef sausage and chicken curry. They also have shuttle services to help you go to Grand Batam Mall and Nagoya Mall. We definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.. we are looking forward for another holiday and visit again Holiday Inn.

  Resort to another Inn for Holiday

  Staying at this resort was purely a decision out of loyalty to IHG. It is far from the Golf Club where we were playing - and was almost empty at arrival. The nice upgrade into 10th floor was appreciated. However it would really have made my day when all A/Cs were fully functioning and the sink werent blocked. The breakfast was a disappointment, with croissants, pain au chocolat and toast bread fresh from the supermarket shelf - similar to the spreads - the kind of 3kg supersaver..... The hot dishes were obviously made for non-residents as no guest was touching them. Overall the pool was clean and nice, as was the room itself - had there not been the obvious lack of maintenance. Certainly, value for money, since it is less then half the Singapore costs. But would I do it again ? Not when golfing

  Good Resort and Friendly Staff

  Stayed for couple of weeks on Business trip. Resort is maintained clean. Rooms are clean and occasional maintenance issues are handled by them promptly. Limited options for room service however it is available round the clock. Staff is polite and friendly. Swimming pool is clean. Laundry service is prompt.

  Best stay experience ever ...thanks to Mr.Hanif (Duty Manager)

  From the time we create the booking, arrive,and farewell...he was escort us with his remarkable service. He even explained us and give us a room tour and hotel facilities tour..he booked our room near to the hotel facilities such us pool and restaurant which is absolutely beautiful....since we book this property on a weekday time,hence property not too crowded and we spend time at the pool side with our friends....thanks to hanif excelent service, we enjoy our outing time with our team We will come back again next time All the staff was fantastic too Thanks holiday inn resort batam team
