  Nice comfortable stay.

  My wife, son and parents all had a wonderful stay here when visiting Blackpool. My bedroom was an accessible room as we had our 3 year old son with us and there was a pull-out bed for him which was perfect. Given that it was an accessible room it was smartly designed to feel although you were just in an Executive bedroom. The size was great and spotlessly clean. My parents just had a standard double bedroom which was slightly small but it served a purpose for sleeping and showering. Exactly what they needed and well appointed and clean like my bedroom. We didn't eat in the Restaurant other than breakfast and only had a few drinks from the bar. The service we received was as expected. Parking is very limited - there's a multi-story across the road though. I'd definitely return.

  Great Hotel

  Stayed for business. Katherine on reception made the reservation for me and was professional and efficient. The food and breakfasts were lovely , thanks to Lorraine for all your help at breakfast. The hotel is modern, clean, has free parking and is in a great location. Rooms are spacious and have everything in there for the business traveller. All the staff couldnt have been more helpful. Big thanks to Gary for looking after my bag and made checkout easy and straightforward. It was great to see all the staff adhering to COVID guidelines and I felt reassured they had taken the necessary steps to make the hotel a safe place to stay and had obviously worked hard to achieve this.

  A good stay in tough times

  Hotel stays can be rather soulless at the moment and sometimes you feel you'd rather have not bothered. Not so here, where there is a warm welcome and a genuine desire to ensure the guests enjoys their stay. As I've visited a few times before, its easy to see it isn't quite the same as it was, but with some thoughtful touches and the bonus of a freshly cooked room service breakfast, it is still a nice place to be. Well done Holiday Inn Preston, and hope you're back to normal again soon.

  room terribly cold

  room 701 freezing!!! heating full blast and still freezing despite even a very loud radiator! called the reception and apparently will get an extra electric heater! 2021 and not able to heat a room!!!

  Wonderful staff

  Thank you to all of the staff at the Holiday Inn Preston. Keeping the hotel open during the lockdown has been so important for many key workers as in particular this did not effect the training course of my new job. You have all gone above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble. Youve had to adapt to new ways of working at short notice and dealt with any minor issues in a speedy and professional manner. Michelle and Georgia are fantastic managers and the F&B team Kamila, Fekri, Sean, Tammy plus the breakfast ladies are the best in the business. Thank you for a lovely stay. Ross
