  The worst experience

  Decided to book a night with my friends for NYE. Decided to choose this property because it was one of the lowest rates for NYE. Nonetheless I will never stay here again. The reps had no clue what they were doing. This tall front desk agent I think her name was Aylin or Alyson was inappropriate. No One was wearing uniform, no such thing as a manager apparently works there to speak to and Covid regulations not followed. This was a nightmare and perhaps some folks would like this hotel and you get what you pay for. Odd odor in lobby area. There was puke near ATM machine. Front desk drinking alcohol while working. Serving alcohol without IDENTITY and I could of sworn drinking in NY cannot exceed past 10pm? Like I said I felt so uncomfortable. People were also smoking inside the hotel in front of the rep and I could of sworn she was smoking too with the guest. Not sure how long this place has been in business but I never seen anything like it. Be aware!

  great place to spend time off

  i am a truck driver and i have been to a lot of hotels around the USA. when i came to this hotel it was new years eve so it was a good bit of people there. when i went to my room i noticed everything was brand new and i mean everything in the room. i have never been to a hotel where everything in the room was new i really liked that. i then went out my room to the bar where there was a very nice bartender (ally) i thought she was the hotel manager because she knew everything about the hotel and informed me the hotel is still being put together. as for the rest of the staff they were very nice an courteous. from the owner to the maintenance staff. i was at the hotel for five days and it was very nice to be at a place where the staff is always doing their best to make you feel at home. this is a hotel that i will always come to when i am in NY because i had a very good experience there. thumbs up to holiday inn poughkeepsie.

  Best Hotel To Stay In Poughkeepsie Area

  Great experience from arrival at check-in to check-out. Impressive customer service, very helpful staff at Front Desk and BAR. Stayed multiple nights so guest laundry at hotel was good use. Restaurant was only open on weekend. BAR was everyday. Best Hotel To Stay In Poughkeepsie Area.

  Majorly excellent

  Fantastic service! Imane is amazing! I fell ill with my lung issue and she took the time to come and check on me. Very clean lobby and clean room, great room and got a free drink to the bar, will definitely go back when i am in the area,
