  Si viajas desde Miami a Orlando buen Parador intermedio. Lo hicimos y tiene buen precio. Parece seguro. Llegamos tarde a Miami y quisimos ir directo a Kisimmee pero nos cansamos y vimos esa opción. Valió la pena

  Worst experience ever!

  Recently my wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Port St. Lucie. It was the worst Holiday Inn experience and one of the worst hotel experiences period that Ive ever had. When we got to our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke (this is, of course, a non-smoking hotel and when we checked in we accepted by initialing their COVID-19 policies and an agreement to pay $250 if we smoked in the room). My wife went down to the desk and, rather than offer to let us change rooms, they said they would send housekeeping up with Fabreze. Housekeeping did show up, with a product called Weed Eater Cannabis Smoke Eliminator, and sprayed the room. She left the bottle and we sprayed every time we left the room for the next three days, to little avail. You could still smell the smoke odor. The second problem was the shower/jetted tub. The floor of the tub was so slippery that I had to help my wife in and out, for fear that she would fall, and there was no anti-slip mat in the room. And finally, in violation of all of the COVID-19 procedures, including their own, the hand sanitizer dispenser in the ground floor elevator lobby area was empty on both days that we tried to use it.

  Worst hotel ever, might as well stay at a Motel 6

  First I will start by saying the only reason Im even giving it a 1 star is by the grace of God, I was checked in by Daniel E who by far was the only thing positive about our stay. His customer service was beyond a 5 star. As for the property, you are shown a beautiful waterfall pool and their Christmas themed lobby which is amazing..... then you get to your room or in my case 2 rooms.... and the rooms smell of urine, pillows are stained with blood, feces stains on the sofa pullout bed which by the way, every spring is sticking out. The bathrooms are rusted and disgusting. We also without a doubt witnessed a couple of women of the night with their johns Beds were uncomfortable. And as we were leaving we were also denied even a cup of coffee because we hadnt purchased a breakfast ticket... wtf a cup of coffee.

  Wow horrible stay

  We were running late and called the hotel to inform them of such at 4pm. They stated they would hold the room. When we got to the hotel they state they over booked and gave the room to someone else. As someone with hotel experience, this would have to have been done manually. They sent us to a different room on the 4th floor. We walk in to check the room and it smells like mildew, the window is open to disguise the smell but it did not work. There was also a hole in the wall by the window. The toilet is broken as well. So then we get moved to yet another room. That was just next door and still smelled really bad and the bed was dirty!! Pics included with review!! This hotel is unkept and smells horrible. We tried to get our money back and was told we would have to call Expedia. I called when I got home and they said that the manger lied and they have to get her approval to get a refund. Then they tried for 2 days and finally got ahold her of her and she refused to do so!! This place is horrible and does horrible business. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. Such a shame cause holiday inn is usually halfway descent.

  Older Hotel, No internet, limited accommodations

  We were first checked into an uncleaned room. The next room we were assigned was okay. Keys didnt work. Hard to get settled into this place- There was literally NO internet in the room- it looked clean, but something in this place was outdated. They said they were updating. Had to go to lobby for access to internet for any device. They get a 5 for their friendly staff. Young man there was awesome. make sure to know that you will only get 1 TP roll at a time and there is no hairdryer, hangers nor a microwave in the room (due to covid). The bathroom faucets dripped all day and the AC was loud at night in our room.
