Holiday Inn- Pompano Beach
Beautiful building, tropical Florida landscape, with great open lobby, easy parking. The hotel has all the amenities with a good restaurant. Very good pool area with bar. The staff is young and helpful The hotel is well maintained, Hotel is enviromentally friendly ,they recycle. The rooms are large and comfortable..

Nice hotel
We really liked the front desk staff, they were so helpful. The lobby was nice. Our room was tidy and comfortable. Convenient location to other attractions, such as the mall and the ocean. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

An employee was extremely rude to me
An employee was extremely rude to me. My manager booked the hotel for me and for some reason at the time of check in they kept his name in my room. When I tried to buy some water and add it on my account, she asked me the room number and I answered, to confirm she asked for my last name, I said and she insisted that I was not in that room. when she said my managers name, I said that he was the one who made my reservation, but I wanted to put the cost in my account and not in his. she complained that she would need to scan the items again and that it was not her job to have that kind of information. Extremely aggressive behavior towards such a small problem.
