  Southeast Gassers 2020 Championship Banquet

  I can not say enough about our stay, not only were we here with our racing family, but also with my 13 year old son, who had plenty to do while we were there. I loved the 'living room' with the fireplace and the couches, plenty of room for everyone to chill and chat, and relax by the fire. Thank you for making accommodations for our large group, and allowing us to enjoy our celebration of the 2020 racing season! My family and myself look forward to next year, and returning to The Ramsey!

  Southeast Gassers Awards Banquet

  4th straight year for our banquet and amid uncertain times The Ramsey came through for us to accommodate nearly 300 people. The rooms are always nice, and the service is top notch. Thanks again for a great time at your beautiful hotel!

  Wonderful Hospitality

  Such a wonderful place to stay. The strip that it's on has plenty of places to eat and things do such as the wax museum and go Karting. The hotel staff is so hospitable. And the 24 hour pool and hot tub is amazing. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

  Nice facilities, horrible experience

  The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. However, I couldn't get in to my room. On multiple occasions, my key cards stopped working. I was told this was because I was keepi ng them too close to my cell phone, but they were in my wallet which is not kept in the same pocket. I've stayed at dozens of hotels with these types of keys and I have never once had this issue. It wouldnt be so bad if I could just wander down to the lobby and get them reset, but the line was so long that I had to wait for FOURTY minutes just to get my keys reset while my wife and kid stood outside the door to our room. For some reason The Ramsey doesn't seem to think that properly staffing their front desk is necessary. With so many hotel options available, I will be staying elsewhere from now on in Pigeon Forge.

  Best staff and hotel experience

  During our stay on the second, what was to be the last night of our stay, I experienced a medical emergency, of which put me in ICU, leaving the rest of the family to stay at the hotel. They explained the situation to the hotel and Paula,the guests service staff, went above and beyond to take care of my family. She talked with management and got a discount for the rest of the family to stay extra days while I was in the hospital. They didn't have to do any of that, but did. The treated my family like family, and checked in on me as well through them. Paula was amazing to our family! The hotel itself was very well maintained and taken care of. The rooms were great very well taken care of. They have a nice indoor swimming area, show movies each night with popcorn. Have a firepit to sit by as well. The lobby is large and very clean. They do have a breakfast each morning. The hotel is in a great place near activities, has restaurants within walking distance and shops as well. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay, from the staff, to the hotel itself to it's location. They will definitely be a place we go back to and spend more vacations. I highly recommend them for your stay.
