  Me encantó este restaurante

  Es un hotel que está a las afueras de Peterborough, pero comunicado con el centro en 5 minutos en taxi. Las instalaciones son muy completas, ya que dispone hasta de una piscina climatizada y muchas zonas verdes. Además, para los amantes del golf, enfrente hay un campo. Las habitaciones están muy bien acondicionadas, con unas camas enormes y un baño limpio y confortable. Lo único que no me gustó fue el armario, ya que no hay: es una barra sin puerta. En cuanto al restaurante, sólo tomé el desayuno y la verdad es que bastante bien, principalmente porque era un buffet de desayuno típico inglés, además de cereales, algo de fruta y bollería. El café bastante malo, pero es lo normal en todo el país.

  i have been stopping in this hotel for the last 6 months even in lockdown the staff have been amazing charlie and mark on the front desk have been outstanding over all very clean and good food The hotel is set next to the golf course and only 5 mins away from the centre this place is one of the nicer hotels

  Great place to stay!

  Plenty of onsite parking, great facilities, restaurants evening meal was amazing. Room was clean, tidy and bed was very comfortable, goodnights sleep. Staff all very welcoming and friendly. Had a wonderful stay.

  Not so sure

  I was staying at the holiday in Peterborough West last time I left a glowing review as I thought everything was just perfect this time however Im not so sure I received a letter under my door stating Ive gone over my allowance and all further meals would be stopped until this was settled. And so I approached reception asked for a printout to justify what I spent upon inspection I noted that I was charged twice for meals drinks everything for the 01/02 I was very happy when returning to reception and the receptionist actually stated oh I think weve made a mistake the bill shouldve been probably £15 they were trying to charge me £45, so as I was there I paid the £15 The attitudes of reception staff are very different one certain lady who I will not name seems to be very edgy uncooperative or helpful whereas all of the other staff cant do enough to help. I would just like to say Im very disappointed with this stay if you read the reviews of my previous visit you will see a big difference I understand the overcharge was partially my fault as I believe my drinks were included in my package but subsequently found out theyre not l, so yes I accept responsibility for the £15 whatever it was. Saying all that I would still say it is one of the best hotels Ive stayed in over the previous few months

  Pro's Staff are attentive Food is available Parking is plentiful Con's Fire doors on each floor need to be opened by hand (contact points for covid) Reception will call within 10 mins of collecting food to ask how the food is - and ask you to leave the tray outside the room. This is every meal, and seems to be either timed whilst you're still eating or in the case of one call - an hour later, whilst I was sleeping.
