Cómodo, limpio y buen accesoMuy buena ubicación para movilizarte a cualquier lado en la ZONA. Si bien no está cerca de la playa, el precio vale la pena por la comodidad, limpieza y acceso a las rutas principales. Gran estacionamiento. Piscina agradable.

RASIST staff members!!!I'm still in shock 10 days later after visiting this hotel. We made a last min reservation on 2/19/21 due to attending a funeral. We arrived at the room and noticed the bathroom did not had any of the needed amenities for us to take a shower. We called few times the front desk and the agent won't pick up the phone. My friend when downstairs to ask for towels and shampoo since apparently the agent was "too busy to answer". Small towels were promised and never delivered. Hour later when leaving for the event, we noticed on the 6th floor where our rooms was, the carpet was soak and wet. We try calling the agent to let her know and she won't pick the phone again. We said she is not really nice, maybe she is having a bad day so we try being understandable. We let it go and went to the funeral. Sometimes around midnight we came back at the hotel extremely tired and noticed our bathroom door was locked (carpet on the floor still extremely wet). Again, front desk agent (the same lady) won't pick up the phone so my girlfriend for the 4th time when down to ask her if she can send someone to open the door for us. We waited 30 min, and no one came. This was becoming nightmare because she wont simply confirm if anyone is coming, wont answer the phone, so my girlfriend and I went down AGAIN to see what is going on and where is the help. At that point the agent becomes angry and bothered by us asking for help. She said, " I have no engineering at all time so you should understand that". We ask, "what is the solution '? She said "you can all (4 of us) use the public restroom in the lobby" So basically All of us in PJ should go from the 6th floor to the lobby in the middle of the night and use the barroom?!?!?! We were in shock hearing this. Them my girlfriend (who also works in hospitality and had more understanding than all of us) ask if we can be moved to a different room since the public bathrooms was a NO for us. She said, "I have no other rooms to give you", my girlfriend said " yes, you do have since you are selling online at this very moment". The agent then said, "you know, you can leave if you do not like using the public restroom"!! This was unreal hearing her talking that way. She really did not want us to be in the hotel that day and did not even bother hiding it. I guess you must be African America in order to get any service at that hotel I was in disbelieve of her words and behavior. We went upstairs and told the other two friends that we must leave immediately. My friend went downstairs AGAIN to ask for the bathroom door to be open so we can get our belongings, and all of a sudden, the security guy who was there the entire time, magically had a key to open the bathroom. We end up driving back at 2 am in the morning for 2,5 hours at that point super tired that I was scared I wont be able to make it. I would say, shame on the Manager who hired this person, shame on the luck of training, horrible customer service and allowing staff to show racism towards guests. I have no sympathy to this kind of behavior!! PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE, I NEVER WISH ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT WE DID!!!

Muy buenoMuy buenas prestaciones. Habitación limpia y amplia y silenciosa.Buen desayuno, bastante variado. Staff amable. Tiene máquinas de lavado. En general todo muy bien. Considero excelente relación precio-prestación.

Perfecto relacion calidad precioHotel correcto. Habitaciones reformadas y limpias pero con moqueta antigua. Silencioso respecto al exterior, pero el aire acondicionado algo ruidoso. Personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno correcto. Volvería sin dudarlo.
