  Great for kids and comfortable beds!

  The main feature of this hotel is their indoor water play area. We visited when is was cold and raining outside, but the pool area was warm with heated water. There is a large splashpad / water playground that is perfect for young kids, an indoor/outdoor waterslide, hot tub and good sized heated pool. The pool area also has plenty of good seating and tables. Our room was exactly what we look for when we travel. There were two very comfortable king beds with very nice sheets and pillows. The room was much bigger than you'd expect for the price and had lots of outlets and USB charging stations for our MANY devices. The hotel also has a great gym with free weights, every type of cardio machine (including that mini escalator machine that is total torture), weight machines, kettle bells, etc. Again, just WAY more than you'd expect for the price point. We visited during COVID, so some of the amenities were not available, but the hotel still provided a free breakfast buffet which was perfect for the family. The staff is as friendly and helpful as could be. There is even a free shuttle from the airport! This was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

  Hotel stay

  Another great stay here! Amanda was awesome! She was conversational, professional, and really sweet! She made me feel welcome! I recommend this place for anybody who's trying to have a small birthday party or get together!

  It will do

  The rooms are updated and spacious and the staff was friendly, but this is a bare bones hotel in terms of service. When we arrived and pulled out the sofa sleeper, it was clear that the sheets had not been removed and we had to call housekeeping who brought a couple of sheets and no blankets. Definitely bring your own toiletries as they will provide a tiny bar of soap. We were there for 3 nights and had to request toilet paper and garbage bags because there are no check ins to make sure you have what you need. When we asked the person to take away the dirty towels and garbage, she was completely put out and we ended up taking it ourselves. This was group reservation so we did not choose the hotel and I can't say I would choose it given the opportunity. It was also a little weird to see so many people running around barefoot, especially during a pandemic. Yuck!

  Never stay here!

  I would NOT recommend staying here. Attempted to check in at 2:30 for our 3:00 reservation. Our room was understandable not ready. All afternoon we checked. They only had one front desk worker and tons of people waiting for a room. Finally at 7:30 we cancelled our reservation!! Ruined our entire weekend.

  Noisy! Subpar

  The room was ok, beds were comfy but I have complaints about how information in communicated and inaccurate statements on the website. Kids are supposed to eat free in the restaurant but you have to get vouchers for that from the front desk, and only one meal qualifies. I wasnt aware that we would not have housekeeping, so didnt save towels (assuming they would be replaced). They werent, and there were NO towels available. Also parking is a nightmare - we ended up parking at the hotel next door. The walls are very thin and noise travels - I could hear conversations from another room clear as day. For having been remodeled, I expected cleaner areas. We will not return.
