  Good hospitality

  Ms.Wonder at the lounge bar has a very pleasing attitude and welcoming smile. We were really impressed by the warm hospitality given by her. Thank you for your amazing service. The pinnacolada mocktail is a must try here!

  Unexpected delay

  We were traveling from Colombo, Sri Lanka, to London when our planes engine malfunctioned and we had to make a emergency landing in Oman, Muscat. The airline got us a room at the holiday inn near the airport. I cant express the amazing hospitality we received from the hotel. They were overwhelmed with many upset, tired, and scared passengers. It was refreshing to see so many smiles from their workers. Con, the server in the restaurant, was especially helpful and friendly. Thanks for going above and beyond your duties to make your guests feel welcomed and at home!!!!

  Our excellant short stay

  My husband and son were stranded in Oman when their flight broke down in Oman, they were on their way to Edmonton, Canada. They were very impressed by the service they received. They are most greatful to the staff and the General manager who worked relentlessly to ensure that they got home. A very big thank you to this great team !   A comfortable hotel close to the Airport

  On a business trip to Oman, I was mistakenly advised to book a hotel some 90 minutes from Oman International Airport which is where mt meetings were to take place. After staying 1 night in said hotel, I then moved to the Holiday Inn to be closer to where I need to be. A very clean and friendly hotel close to the mall and airport. Staff were very friendly and I enjoyed my stay including the gym and pool.

  Amazing customer service, caring General Manager and staff

  On March 14 on a flight from Colombo to London, our plane made an emergency landing in Muscat. Almost 100 passengers were sent to the Holiday Inn Muscat Al Seeb until onward flights were rebooked. The staff were very attentive, courteous and took good care of all the passengers. Liezl Meier the General Manager took it upon herself to stay on the phone for hours with the airlines until most of the passengers had confirmed reservations. This was as the Covid-19 situation was unfolding worldwide and flights were being canceled all over. I was one of those who stayed in the lobby the entire evening waiting for my new flight and watched how Liezl patiently went through the passenger roster with the airline staff, inquiring and confirming flights for each of her guests. She was calm throughout even when travelers were getting upset. Liezl came to work early morning on the 14th and was still at the hotel sorting out the passengers flights when I left for the airport at 3.30am on 3/15. She truly went above and beyond her call of duty as the hotel GM. Also, many thanks to the restaurant staff ( Con and the night Chef) for preparing dinner for a few of us even after the dinner buffet closed. The General Manager and entire staff of this hotel made a scary, inconvenient situation more bearable. Thank you!
