  Estuvimos 3 dias en el hotel, pareja con bebé. Check in fué rápido, la habitación algo pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario. La cama super cómoda y el baño con una ducha amplia. El desayuno muy bueno para el precio. En general nos gustó mucho el hotel, hay un supermercado y drogeria a 5 minutos a pie y el bus pasa por la puerta y el tren a 10 min a pie. Muchas gracias a la señorita de Thailandia por el late check out, muy práctico con bebé. Estacionamientos gratis frente al hotel o garage por 15. Tenemos que ir seguido a Munich y definitivamente recomendamos el hotel.

  Solid and good hotel

  I stayed in the hotel only for one night but I was really pleased with the overall experience. Everything looks new and well taken care of, especially in the rooms. The staff is good (not outstanding, just does their job) and I think Im regards to the price there is nothing to complain. When I arrived I have to point out that the toilets in the reception area were absolutely poorly cleaned which really is sad. The breakfast was a bit loveless and due to corona you had more plastic waste than visiting your favorite (Ironie) fast food place with the car. There was also not much love invested ... is was just a rather practical solution to a common problem. Same in the Lobby, areas that shouldnt be used by the guests were simply blocked out with chairs and police like do not cross bands ... Not much love invested and on first impression looks like someone rubbed this place recently. But given the fact that corona was present, I felt safe and well taken care. Would come again!

  A good comfortable hotel, but not exceptional even for a holiday inn

  A break in Munich promised much but never really delivered as I'd expected. The hotel was typical in this sense. It was comfrotable bUt lacked personality and atmosphere, modern was the key word here. The breakfast was good, if a little busy at times. The location wasn't good for seein Munich and required a lengthy train journey abit like staying in Dartford for seeing central London. Munich station was also a confusing labyrinth of floors and tunnnels. The pros of the hotel were it was that it was clean and confortable. The cons were it was poorly situated for Munich tourists. Additionally the roof top bar was permamnently closd because of the 'poor weather' even when it was very hot and sunny.

  Service lacking

  Actually stayed in July of 2019 but couldn't select that. After some confusion between the different Holiday Inns around this particular area we finally found our hotel. Holiday Inn Express right next door so be aware of that. Found this a bit far out from city but train station is a 10 minute walk away so that was fine. From memory I found a couple of staff a little rude but not enough to ruin our stay. Rooms were ok and would recommend this if you don't mind being a bit far out from city at a cheaper rate.

  Bad experience with Holiday Inn

  Bad experience dealing with this hotel. Booked a room via Agoda in Jan 2020 and the full room fee was charged. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, my flight to Europe had been cancelled by British Airway and a future travel voucher was given. Under this special circumstance, I appealed to request for refund or any compensate voucher to be used in future and was REJECTED. I would say this is a very inconsiderate & unhelpful Hotel that I ever experienced so far. Super disappointed [I got no issue with all other hotels except this]
