  Excelente!!

  Mi esposo y yo nos quedamos 2 días porque nuestro truck estaba dañado, llegamos por una noche y nos quedamos 2 por la espera. El servicio es excelente, tremendo staff, el hotel bien limpio y con buen aroma, el room service es excelente y de igual forma el servicio de desayuno y comida en la tarde, el servicio de shuttle, la habitación super cómoda y el baño excelente en fin lo recomendamos 100%. Esperamos visitarlos de nuevo para unas ricas y relajantes vacaciones. Mucho èxito!! Fam. Vélez

  I thought non-smoking rooms were banned?

  We just stayed overnight on our way to the beach. I will say that everything was clean and everyone was nice. When we got to our room, there was a distinct odor of smoke. Cigarette smoke. I thought that maybe it was something else but we found ashes in the toilet. The sheets did not smell of this and smelled clean thankfully. Also, our room was over where people smoke outside so ANYTIME someone smoked outside, we got the full smell. I hated writing this review as everything else was great. I did tell the front desk just because I didnt want to be charged (you sign that you wont smoke) and they were very nice about it but just dont stay in the rooms over the smoking.

  Family Vacat

  Our stay was not a pleasant one. Housekeeping did not inspect our room. We had to ask for more towels and toiletries. Our trash was not disposed of and we still had used towels from the previous night. We were very disappointed with our stay!!!

  Easy Access to Highway

  After a long day on road (11 hours) stopped for the night. Easy chek-in. Employees at desk were wearing facemasks and there was a shield. Room was clean. Bed a bit too soft for my likeing. Someone across the hall was slamming their door open and shut in the late night hours which was annoying. TV remote did not work, but, we did not call front desk. No free breakfast (lie at Comfort Inn or Hampton Inn). Coffee pot in lobby is all you get.

  Greatly disappointed!

  We had just had a wonderful experience at another Holiday Inn so we thought this should be great too! So disappointed! We had to stand and wait and wait and wait for a clerk to check us in! We walked around and found a bartender in the lounge who then saw us standing at the desk so he came to check us in. He did apologize for our wait but said he was short handed and had to do the bar tending and be the check in clerk! We were charged $116 was what we felt was a big overcharge for what we got for a room. The room was not as clean as we were hoping and the toilet was a childs size. They need to update the toilet size for adults. Its a good thing they mentioned on the room key to let the water run in the shower before it gets hot because we had to run it for a long time. We turned on the tv but it was not working. We called down to the desk for assistance and lo and behold the same clerk was also the maintenance man! They really were short handed! He tried to get the tv up and running but couldnt so by that several minutes later another worker showed up and fixed it. In the morning we inquired about breakfast and were told they didnt serve breakfast! The other Holiday Inn provided breakfast! I wish we had known that when we checked in! Also going on the Trip Advisor web site showed us we could have gotten the room way cheaper than what we did! What in the world were we paying for! The staff we met were very pleasant and considerate.
