  Just a week

  It took just a week to figure out this one. It would be ok for a night, but a week there was too long. They have a restaurant, so be ready to pay for breakfast. But they did have coffee in the lobby, so there you go. The room is a little dated, but was kept clean. The parking lot needs a good cleaning.

  Holiday Inn - Airport good place to stay

  The staff was courteous and helpful. They made check in speedy and efficient. The rooms I had reserved were ready and in excellent condition. WiFi was available as promised. Parking was plentiful and well lighted. Check out was easy. When passing through Mobile Ill come back to this location.

  Pictures Lie!

  We stayed at this hotel for a football tournament this weekend and it was HORRIBLE. First of all I am a travel agent and booked the room directly through IHG with the no deposit option. I booked 2 rooms, when we got to check in I was told I had to pay a deposit that wouldn't be a problem but if I choose the option for no deposit that is what I am expecting. The downstairs lobby was very deceiving from the looks of it it was nice and clean. We got on the elevator and got off on the 3rd floor we had rooms right across from each other 323 & 324. As soon as we got off the elevator the carpet was absolutely disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in YEARS. It was stained and smelled. Lets talk about the rooms, My room 324 the door wouldn't lock or stay closed unless you put the little latch thing on is and locked it at the bottom. Then my fridge wouldn't get cold, they were out of towels every time we went to get them we either had to wait on laundry to get done or they were just out all together. The head board of the bed, all the paint was scrapped off of it on both beds. Some of the plugs didn't work and our shower curtain was so short that every time you took a shower the floor got soaking wet! The police were called for someone fighting on our floor, then the hallway reeked of marajuana. If we could have changed hotels we would have. Unfortunatally everything else was sold out due to the little league football tournament. I DO NOT recommend staying here. I went live on my Facebook page to show that I wasn't lying

  Horrible experience

  Stayed one night only, thankfully, on the way back to Texas from Florida. Lobby was clean, had to wait for the lady to come check us in, she was outside and didnt wear a mask the whole time we saw her. The room was outdated and gross. Hair in the bathroom, bunch of hairs and dirt on the mattress cover. Looked like it was never washed. Headboard gross and peeling, light shades stained, sheets stained. If it wasnt so late we would have left but just put our blankets over the bed and slept until first thing in the morning to run out. Not to mention the area was pretty shady. Def would not stay here again.

  Keep moving, find another hotel

  This is a hotel to stay if your wanting to party, not rest. Staff did not help us with the noise complaints that went till 3am. Ac unit is horrible. Shower leaks on floor due to curtain to short. Pictures show that it is a newer hotel, but certainly not worthy to be a ihg hotel.
