  Birthday Staycation

  We stayed at the hotel for my daughters 9th birthday. The hotel is new, modern, and conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean. There was a man who came in and brought fresh towels every little while and took away the trash and old towels. The pool area was very clean! The beds and bedding were insanely comfortable. The family suite was very large and roomy. The kids had their own room with 2 queen beds and bathroom and my husband and I had our own bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. We had a shared kitchen and living space in between the rooms. My only complaints were that our check-in time was 3pm, we arrived at 3:45 and our room still wasnt ready. We werent able to check-in until 5pm. Also, the rooms were pretty clean, but it was obvious that the floors had not been vacuumed. There were crumbs around the edges of the rooms and our bedroom floor had small trash that should have been vacuumed. We even found an entire Funyun chip on the floor under my daughters bed. I would have been 100% satisfied if the floors would have been vacuumed and if we could have checked in at 3pm. I would stay here again.

  Horrible !!

  Horrible do NOT stay here, we were not provided the complimentary breakfast instead offered cereal at 3 dollars apiece, our rooms were dirty, and our vehicle was broken into !! Along with 3 other vehicles in the same night, this place is not very good will never stay here again, on a positive note the ladys at the front desk where at least nice. But did not at all seem surprised our vehicles were damaged and we get to drive 8 hours home with no windows.

  Comfortable beds

  The beds were so comfortable. Probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have experienced. The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and the staff were friendly. The only thing that could have made it better was a free continental breakfast.

  Nice hotel but wont stay again

  Hotel was nice and clean, room was great. Its right near food and shopping. I booked through Expedia and paid through Expedia. I checked in with no problems and saw the hotel also charged the room rate to my card. When I checked out they said Expedia had my receipt. No other charges. The charge for the room from hotel went through. Now I have paid twice. Called hotel, sent messages and sent emails. Nothing but silence from the hotel. Shame, really liked the hotel. I just wont pay double for a room so I wont be back.

  Thieves broke in to our truck

  We stayed here Thursday evening, October 1, 2020, while on our way to a horse sale. We had our F350 Dually pulling a stock trailer. The hotel itself, and the restaurant Burger Theory were great. The next morning we found thieves had smashed a window in our truck and rifled through the interior, stealing some items. Another guest also driving a dually truck had the same thing happen. There is no security at the hotel at night. The front desk staff called the manager and the police, telling us the manager was on the way, and would reimburse us for our broken window. The manager never showed up and neither did the police. We cleaned up the broken glass from the vehicle and the parking lot, although the very nice hotel staff did give us a broom and dust pan. We left after about 1 hour and 15 minutes, still no manager and still no police. We sent to a local glass shop (the other guest went there too) and they told us they had spent almost a day at that hotel recently, replacing windows of the vehicles that had been broken into. There is nothing on their website saying not to park there because your vehicle will be broken into. Amazing. The manager still hasnt called us. I will send them the bill from the glass shop and see if they actually reimburse us as promised. Dont stay here.
