  Wouldn't stay again

  We stayed two nights at this hotel. The shuttle from the airport is very convenient and the drivers were nice. Upon arrival we were given a room on the executive level (which we paid for). This was to include access to a concierge lounge. After settling in we walked down to the lounge. Dark and empty. We were told by the front desk it had been discontinued months earlier. Our room felt old, and tired. Light bulbs out in the bathroom. The bed very unstable. On our second night we were given a different room located across from the maintenance room. Noise all night with employees going in and out. The bathroom had ants crawling around. The employees at the front desk were pleasant but didn't seem to be concerned about any of our issues. The breakfast was nice for the price. Just before leaving we tried to print our boarding passes in the business center. Alas, the printer had not been working for days and no one knew when it would be fixed. There are certainly better hotels close to the airport with a shuttle service. We won't be going back.

  COMFORTABLE AND GREAT LOCATION

  We stayed at this hotel for one night while on our way to Texas. It was a very good choice. Easy on and off the highway. Great onsite Sports Bar Restaurant with quick service. Our room was very quiet, comfortable and very clean.

  Rude Night Receptionist

  We left early due to a screaming child since 3 am next door. Kids will be kids but three hours long was too much considering we had a six hour drive home. When I came down check in the office lady Mary was smoking watched me walk in while she sat finished her break while I stood at check out. Without a mask which we are as guest required to wear she said askes ready to check out when I explained she said dont worry about the child/ toddler for last 3 hours she replied I'm checking out anyways and dismissed us entirely. Then when I askes for a diaffected pen she said well normally shed have them clean but 5 am was too early.she just sprayed a pen wet and put it in the pen container without so much as wiping them. As soon as I got my recipet she hit the outside to smoke again.

  Friendly staff

  We fly into Little Rock to attend a family funeral and stayed at the Holiday Inn for two nights . The staff went lit of their way to meet our needs and give us an enjoyable stay . The shuttle to and from the airport was timely for pickup and available when needed to return to airport . Marsha at the breakfast area made sure we had a breakfast to go in a bag even when computers were down due to weather . She remembered us from one morning to another . The desk clerk printed our boarding passes and met us with a smile . The staff makes this hotel and great place to stay !

  ...it works.

  The hotel is handy. I'll give it that. It's right across the street from the airport. It's clean. The staff is friendly. Is it a three star stay? No. Two stars and maybe a little more. The lights are out in the bathroom and need to be replaced. The vent in the bathroom has a good build up of dust. I'm not a clean freak, but in light of where we are in regards to Covid, I'm a looker now. Would I stay again? Yes, no problem with that and no problem with the property. It works.
