  Great place

  This is a fantastic hotel for business and leisure in Lethbridge. Rooms are always clean, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is quite good. The water slide and pool area is large enough for all families, teams and organizations. Strongly recommend this Hotel

  Take a pass

  The room smelled like it had a hot tub in side but it clearly did not. Incredibly pungent moist odour and the fans made a screeching sound. When maintenance came to repair the fan he suggested the air circulation unit on the roof was broken and they had to replace a $1000 panel. Exciting. But those were the reasons for the severe humidity and pool smell in all the rooms...but, they will keep the door open on the pool area to help. Hard fail. The toilet also leaked and when I called down they suggested they'd send somebody up...nobody came. Staying in this room gave me a pretty severe headache but the main reason we came was for the pool. It was filthy and the wave machine was broken but the kids had fun. Go to the old Lethbridge Lodge (Sandman Signature now). Recent Reno and the pool is cleaner. This place is severely dated and the upkeep is terrible.

  Excellent service and staff

  Great welcome and acknowledgement of my Spire status. Upgraded to a nice suite - well laid out. The furniture seems dated though - bed too soft and an old chair by the desk. Ironically, while IHG prides itself on new clean measures, bread crumbs were left on the chair. Hotel is superbly located attached to a Tony Roma's restaurant.

  Dishonest staff

  Our eldest daughter moved to Lethbridge to go to UofL. She was getting homesick so we thought we come see her for a couple days. Because our two youngest are only 10 & 12 we knew we wanted a hotel with a pool & water slides. We decided to stay on a Monday & Tuesday night thinking it would be less busy. After we checked in we found out their water park was closed. No mention during reservation or when I called asking that our room not be an inside on over looking pool. Front desk staff claimed I was informed but I assure you I wasnt. So we checked out after one night and switched to Wyndham. Once at our new hotel we met another family who had the same thing happen. No reason for people to assume the pool facilities are closed for COVID reasons when all public pools are open as well as other hotel pools. My reservation specified children and I know they realized the vast majority of families staying there are doing so to use the pool so how is this an innocent mistake? We will be visiting Lethbridge often for the next 3 years but will very doubtfully be staying at the Holiday Inn after this. (room at Wyndham was just as nice, cheaper and still offered breakfast as opposed to HI bagged COVID special

  nice place to stay

  i love the pool it was clean, the service was fast and helpful . i would go again anytime the bedrooms were really nice, they were nice and clean, really good looking . makes good room for friends and family
