  Awesome staff!

  Came here to celebrate 7220 day in Laramie. The hotel offered discounted rooms and held a gathering in their 7220 lounge. From booking the room to check out the staff was incredible. Everyone I met was so friendly. We had some drinks in their 7220 lounge and the staff was personable and accommodated everyones needs. Jazlyn was especially awesome. The rooms were very clean and tidy. If I have any complaints it was the breakfast. They dont have their own, you have to go to Perkins to eat, which is connected to the hotel and you get a ticket. The problem was that the ticket was good for one breakfast. We had four people but only two tickets. The staff at Perkins werent picky about the time we ate and had no problem taking off for the coupon. It wouldve just been better to have their own breakfast. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again.

  Nice, clean, and a great value

  Super clean and comfortable stay. Near everything you need has and food wise. Rachielle (sp?) Went out of her way to make sure our large family was taken care of. Outstanding service. Also free Perkins breakfast for 12 and under was great!

  Outstanding staff, delightful Laramie decor, full-size pillows

  We found everyone at this hotel to be friendly and well-versed in hospitality. I have never stayed in a chain hotel that better reflected its location: bucking horse-and-rider motifs on the elevators, University of Wyoming yearbooks in the lobby, interesting framed historic photos throughout. Re the room, we were in 427 which faces west towards the university and the Snowy Range mountains. Our bed was firm and boasted 4 full-size pillows instead of the half-pillows in most hotels. 2 were firm, and 2 were soft! The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Our room was very quiet even though it was near the elevator, and the hotel was busy.

  The only reason for this rating is the hotel had no tv for any of the quest. Said it could not be fixed until the next day. Other than that room was clean people were very pleasant. Hotel located close too many eating places.

  My wife and I had a dickens of a time planning out the logistics of our cross country move. We booked, cancelled, rebooked, then booked for another day when we found out a snowstorm was coming! Every time we called, we were helped by Jenna. She was so sweet, she even gave us takeout recommendations! When we finally arrived to check in, the man ahead of us in line was being incredibly rude and obnoxious to the desk worker. She was nothing but kind and professional in return. When we checked in, we saw her name tag and realized it was none other than phone Jenna! We don't normally leave hotel reviews, but wanted her to get the recognition she deserves. Way to go, Jenna!
