  Excellent Hospitality!

  The staff at the Holiday Inn Kingston - Waterfront were extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure to follow Covid protocols. I stayed in a room overlooking the beautiful lake, and the view did not disappoint! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located downtown, close to restaurants and bars. My friend and I were within walking distance of all of Kingston's nightlife and had an amazing time. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in town!

  Beautiful View!

  My husband and I had the pleasure to stay at the Holiday Inn, Waterfront in downtown Kingston recently. Our room had a spectacular view of the water, was newly renovated and was very comfortable. The location of this hotel is ideal if you want to enjoy the downtown area. It is very close to many great restaurants and shops! We will certainly stay here again!

  Friendly helpful staff

  Great location by waterfront. Room had view of waterfront, bridge and RMC. Would have been nice in summer. Hotel and room are typical Holiday Inn, nothing exceptional but no surprises. Best part of stay was friendly staff at reception and in restaurant. Food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast were very good.

  A night away.

  Great stay. Started with flawless check in with hostess Melissa. Nice comfy bed. All COVID safety measures in order. Great location downtown near all pubs and restaurants. Looking forward to returning for another stay. Thanks.

  Holiday Inn Waterfront - Best facility for business and Leisure in Kingston

  I stayed at the holiday in March 8th to the 12th 2021. I booked in a block of rooms for a business training event. I dealt with the Manager Erin Finucan. Erin is absolutely one of the best hotel managers I have ever dealt with. My business is classified under Essential Workers and it requires us to travel across Ontario. I stay in hotels along with my colleagues on average 90-120 nights a year. I do get to stay in Kingston at least 5 weeks out of that year. Erin makes booking a group in very non stressful. Her hotel rates are very reasonable and she is always there to great us with a friendly smile. The hotel has recently been renovated. The renovations are great. The view from the hotel is unreal. Each room has a balcony. I added a photograph I took last week during my stay. Absolutely awesome! The front desk staff, the servers at the newly renovated restaurant/patio and cleaning staff are all top notch. Wait until you experience the new patio! The Covid 19 policies and restrictions that Erin has put in place make the hotel a very safe experience when staying there. I will be honest some of my colleagues do stay at Marriott Hotels when in other cities on occasion. but when they come to Kingston they all book into the Holiday Inn Waterfront. My colleagues all have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The positive experiences have more and more of my colleagues supporting IHG on a regular basis. Erin, keep up the great work you do. It definitely makes my job organizing meetings and training a lot easier when I deal with you and stay at the Holiday Inn Waterfront. Regards Steve
