  Dont do it to yourself

  So it looked really clean and nice on the outside. Even once we went into the room. And on the door, there was a sign that said they had cleaned and disinfected for covid. Once we were in the room, we found a ton of toenail clippings all over the carpet. This tells us 2 things: 1. They didnt vacuum between the last people that stayed in the room and 2. If theyre not vacuuming, theyre probably not disinfecting between patrons either like their sign claims. I have deployed so I have stayed in some pretty gross places, but a pile of toenail clippings takes the cake. They did bring us a vacuum so we could clean it up and they also offered to give us another room. But we figured it would be another room we would just have to vacuum so what would have been the point? I took pics of the toenails because I knew no one would believe us otherwise.

  Perfect Night's Sleep

  Two night stay for a conference. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and temperature easy to adjust. Best part of the stay was the mattresses and pillows - first time I have had a great night's sleep on my first night at a hotel. We lost water pressure for flushing the toilet on our last night. Maintenance came to the room and replaced what was needed in a jiffy. Just a bit disappointed in the food choices at the restaurant - but that could be because of covid restrictions. Conference area was clean, well-spaced out and well-ventilated. Overall a great stay and we would choose this location again.

  Clean; Staff was awesome!

  Great place to stay. Friendly, Staff, including Sharon, Bethany, Scott and Charlotte, were fantastic. Went above and beyond to insure our stay there. Scott was one of the most hard working guy with breakfast and his cleaning. Anything we requested was immediately taken care of. Super friendly! Clean!

  One night stay, last evening.

  Checked in last evening, no reservations. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Checked in on 5th floor room, very Good price, and included breakfast. Room and bed clean and comfortable. Hotel has restaurant and full bar. Location is right off interstate #26.

  Great location, staff, and breakfast

  We stayed 14 nights, including Thanksgiving, at this hotel. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for everything we needed. We were in town to help with two sick parents and needed a pet friendly hotel for a long stay. The COVID protocols they put in place made us feel safe and we were not inconvenienced. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts at a reasonable price. We would have liked having a light directly over the shower/tub area, but that was our only recommended improvement. We are originally from the area and have stayed in vacation rental homes before. We will choose to stay here again because of the great staff, location, and price value.
