  Buen hotel, no diferente a cualquier otro holiday inn, el bufet del deayuno es rico, el personal es sumamente amable y tienes salida facil a vías rápida que te llevan a cantón o Jackson. queda relativamente cerca del aeropuerto

  Very friendly

  Spent one night while traveling home from vacation. Willie went ahoy was and beyond to help us with laundry. The national guard is staying at the hotel and were using the washer and dryer to get uniforms prepared for next day, so Willie made sure to find a way that our family could get a load of laundry done before continuing home the next morning.

  Just passing through...keep going!

  So we opted to stop in Jackson during a road trip and discovered we should have picked another city. This holiday Inn was one of the more expensive hotels in Jackson, and at about $110 it did leave me weary! First room had a dehumidifier going in the middle of the room when we walked in, big hair ball with yellow stain on duvet, red splatter of some sort on headboard and wall, and numerous long hairs on other bed. Front desk was nice enough but had to send someone to confirm before would allow us to move. Second room was good upon initial inspection. So we opted to stay, knowing the choices wouldn't get better if we left. In shower I noticed soap bottle spill on ledge and dirty soap scum on tile, mouthwash on wall, and a giant hair ball in back drain of sink when I was washing my face. Apparently they need to up their game in the housekeeping department!? Eeew! Beds are soft and comfy though, no bugs, so at least we can get a good night's sleep and don't have to live here.

  Dirty sheets and half masked

  I often stay at IHG brands for the consistency and cleanliness. After finding hair and stains or dirty spots on sheets and a phone that doesn't work I called the desk. They sent up the wrong size and have no one to change them. I was offered a breakfast coupon as guest recovery which I do not think is adequate. In addition the person at the desk was wearing their mask with their nose uncovered. Not cool!

  Business trip could be more than it is.

  Im spire elite which is the highest level in ihg hotel program. I had to argue with the front desk to get my amenity card several times. I called rewards and they were shocked they had treated me so bad. The front desk was rude with me on several occasions. The cleaning staff would prefer to play on the internet upfront than do their job. The exercise room was filthy. My toilet stayed stopped up for three days when they came by to drop off towels they did nothing. The restaurant is okay. They are trying but its okay food. The location is nice. The manager needs to be reprimanded and the cleaning staff should be fired. Several staff using face mask as chinstraps. The beds sleep good but I might try something else if your spire elite or worried about your room cleanliness. Im posting this here cause I dont think they will post my bad review on ihg site. I actually would say it is worth staying here if they would hire new cleaning staff and replace some of the rude front desk people or at least retrain them in customer service and attention to cleaning.
