  un espacio relajan y acogedor

  Cuando conduces por cierta ruta (Chicago Il . MC allen Tx a travez de la experiencia y los buenos tratos aprendes en que lugar descanzar....y este lugar es uno de ellos....las noches son confortables la cama invita a soñar.....pero antes...justo en el momento de llegar nos espera una alberca techada con agua tibia.....despues un relajante jacuzzi y para terminar sauna....no es muy comun encontrar todos estos elementos en un solo lugar...cuando viajas ...casi siempre quieres descansar......Y muy seguido te encuentras con gente que aprendió que este lugar es todo eso...y mas

  Girls Weekend

  Great weekend. Close to BSR water park and very nice staff. Room was very clean and hotel was close to everything. Swimming pool was nice and clean and it was a calm and inviting atmosphere. The room we stayed in had 3 beds (1-king, 2 queen) so we all enjoyed staying together and catching up. Lots of laughs for a fun filled weekend.

  EXTREMELY helpful!

  We needed to have a Business meeting during the Covid 19 outbreak and our meeting needed to be SAFE for our attendees. Our requirements were that we needed 1 person seated at each table but yet set up in a fashion for a Board meeting where all could hear and see yet safely distanced from each other. Upon arrival, the manager met me and took me straight to the meeting room to verify that everything was adequate and working properly (A/V) and assured us that he would be available when we came down the next morning. He held true to his word. He offered to work with us in any way he could to assure that our stay and our meeting was comfortable and welcoming. We ate breakfast at the restaurant there and his chef prepared our lunches and snacks. We had to deal with dietary issues from members but those requests were met with a smile and a "can do" attitude. The hotel is in the process of renovations and the completed areas were nice! Some of the answers to the questions below were not applicable to our stay due to COVID 19/Corona Virus. EVEN THE COFFEE IS AWESOME! Thank you for the warm and helpful treatment to the TALI Board Members!

  Group Stay

  My group was working nearby and we stayed for 1 night. It was a very easy check in and check out for everyone. I organized the group, but each responded to me individually that it was seamless. We were well taken care of and they were able to keep us on the same floor. We had quite a bit to bring in overnight and getting form the parking lot to the rooms was a breeze.

  2 out of 5 would not recommend

  From the moment we were checking in till we checked out it was nothing but a hassle and lies. The gentleman who checked us in was great but we were getting charged 4x what we booked for 3 days prior. No big deal he got it fixed fast for the original rate and length of our stay. When we got our key we asked what time breakfast starts because we are planning on grabbing a bite to eat then heading out to continue our trip. We asked if they had a grab and go. They said yes and its complimentary. We woke up early only to be disappointed. We went down to get breakfast and there is no grab and go, with me and my wife being under the assumption that we will just grab a muffin and a juice I did not bring my wallet. We were seated by the host and brought a menu that had no cheap items. A side of bacon (2) pieces is $4.00. We will not stay here in the future.
