  Bang on the buck !

  Simple, clean and easy stay - what else do you need ? Good breakfast i guess :) . You will find all this and more at this hotel. Travelling in a pandemic was a challenge but the hotel staff made every interaction so seamless and convenient that there was nothing to complain really. Clean rooms with great accomodative front desk and hotel staff , awesome breakfast - we were not left to ask for more. If you are looking to stay anywhere in this area around Atlanta , I am sure you can consider this place and will not be let down. I am an IHG gold elite member and I can tell you they have the best breakfast amongst all Holiday Inns i have visited in the US. The only small issue if I really nitpick is that one day I didnt get hot breakfast menu as kitchen was closed and I reached at 9.55 am, the actual close time for breakfast was 10 am - not a deal breaker though, it was a weekday and I understand staff dont really have to wait till 10 to close but lets abide by the clock :) , just a suggestion.

  Great Event Space!

  I've been able to work with this hotel for numerous corporate events and they always do an excellent job! Great service, kind staff, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them for personal and business purposes.

  This place is soooo amazing. I am a visual individual. I pay close attention to how others are treated before making a decision to do business anywhere. I must say that this particular location has surpassed my expectations. I love the attention to detail that the staff displays. This has always been a very clean place, but I appreciate the cleanliness and sanitation thats enforced during this unpredictable Covid season. I have been reserving here to teach CPR classes since last year pre-Covid. My students love the great customer service and cleanliness of this facility as well. I would like to personally thank Jewette, the marketing director as well as the culinary manager, I dont remember his name. Oh, I cant leave out the regular front desk clerk, she is amazing as well! They have gone well above their job responsibilities to provide extra comfort and support. I would recommend this facility to anyone .   E POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The front desk manager TIMM, was very aggressive and rude. I booked on my babys 5th birthday to take her and a few friends swimming. After being issued the wrong room, i moved and set up for a hour for my daughters sleepover. I asked upon arrival what the policy was for swimming and was given the wrong info. Now im in the lobby with 4 toddlers being told there are no slots. I asked could i leave and that when TIM GOT AGGRESSIVE, snatched to pool sign in sheet from me and in from of my kids told us the pool was booked and get them outta here. Referring to the kids i had all in pool attire, floaties and towels in hand. they begun to cry, I myself was holding back tears he was ruining a 5 year olds birthday party, after going to the elevator and seeing there was on one in the pool i asked him and he said you already decided to leave and called my crying kids too much several other phrases were used because i had black children. when i told him he was racist and that these kids should be allowed a chance to swim or be accommodated he decieded he was done with me threw up his hands and told us we had to pack all our things 2 carts of decor and bags and leave. if u stay there tim is dismissive and discriminatory. this is not my first issue with this hotel. the room was low budget. the sofa was ripped the elevator and hallways smell of marijuana, and my group or 4 year olds was too much. I have been trying to reach the general manager jason Guy, who is now avoiding my calls. i posted to video of the incident on social media where i have 30,000 atlanta based followers: we are now about to persue further action being it has been 5 days. LONG STORY SHORT, its Ghetto, and Timm is used to his environment he has settled in. so he grouped me and my party into what he is used to dealing with. BUT HE RUINED MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY and snatched a paper from my hands. the comments to my video are flooded with stories of bad service, terrible reviews from the bar services and the hotel has become a drug infested and prostitution ring as well im so happy my kids went to the a better quality room in mcdonough and swam until they were tired. we kept the room another night and i had to explain to my child that everyone is not kind some people judge you before they know your like tim, when he made the decision to choose for me and my group were too much for the pool even though the kind lady on duty told me 5 was the limit and there was no one on the list. i could have signed up for the 8:00 slot but because i said we would go, TIMM said GET THEN OUT OF HERE. something we will never forget nor will i stop until every one of my followers and friends boycott this hotel.

  Avoid Room 317!

  Pros:  Great location, friendly/professional/engaging staff, ATM, free breakfast/dinner, clean room, and fantastic water pressure, pool.  Cons: Room 317, its by vending and access to the lift (very noisy.) The design of the hotel is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and modern. However, noise travels. Trying to sleep with people in the lounge area is impossible.  Global pandemic toilet roll, its cheap, brittle, and you may want to bring your own.
