  Great hotel in great location!

  The hotel was lovely! Great location with great staff! Rooms were very clean/ comfortable/ the hotel itself is brand new! New beds make for a great nights sleep. There's a rooftop lounge as well, but I didn't make it! Highly recommend staying here!

  A brand new hotel in Silicon Valley

  It's brand new so everything is clean and fresh. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. But the location is kind of in the middle of nowhere. There's a restaurant onsite but nothing else around the hotel other than offices and homes. For similar hotel rates, there are many other excellent hotels in the valley at locations that offers much more convenience to travelers.

  Valentines Getaway

  My wife and I along with six other couples traveled to the Bay Area for Valentines weekend to attend a Valentines dance that a good friend and his brother were playing at. Since all of us were coming from the Sacramento area, we decided to spend the night. I made the group reservations with Kunal Khandwala, Director Of Sales at the newly built Holiday Inn & Suites in Milpitas. Kunal and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were perfect. Saturday morning we all had breakfast at the hotel and the food was excellent. If you find yourself looking for an affordable hotel, clean, excellent food and friendly and courteous staff, look no further than this hotel.   Holiday Inn Milpitas

  I thought the hotel was nice, clean and spacious . The service was great and the staff was accommodating. The hotel is located near 880 and in Milpitas so if you have business in that area it would be a great place to stay. The are restaurants nearby in Milpitas Blvd and McCarthy Ranch 5-10 minutes driving time.

  New hotel,but room was dark and shower designed for kids

  This is a new hotel, with enough free parking around the building. The area is in development, other construction is going on, but without any impact (noise) on the hotel. My room was one with a king bed, but it was rather dark, mainly because the window was in front of a wall (I had room 320). This is not what one would expect, certainly for a brand-new hotel. Another thing that can in the real sense of the word provide a headache, is the shower. The sliding door of the shower is about 160 170 cm high (+/- 5.5 foot), so I hit the top rail with my head every time I took a shower (I'm 1.83 tall). WIFI access is easy and the internet has a good speed. It also keeps you online all the time, no need to manually reconnect if you dont use it for a few minutes. Breakfast is available, but no buffet. I dont like this, it simply takes too much time, and menu options are limited. Also note that everything you add, must be paid extra. Coffee is included, but when the waitress also offers orange juice, and you take a glass, it appears extra on the bill. In case you want to eat outside: be aware you need to drive a couple of miles to find some restaurants not a joy with all the traffic jams in this area. There is also a rooftop lounge on the 5th floor. Be sure to take the left elevator, since the one on the right only goes till the 4th floor. It is very annoying, because you dont know upfront which elevator door will open when you push the button. The rooftop is a nice place to relax, but if you need a drink, you must go to the bar on the 1st floor. They were adding additional furniture and seat cushions, so it will even be more comfortable. The airco was a problem: the fan never stops, and there is no way to switch it off. I reported this, and they would send a technician. Maybe they did, but the fan kept going... Ask for a room on a lower floor, the elevator is very slow (25 seconds to cover 2 floors)
