  Ideal para pasar un par de noches

  Un hotel simple, sin pretensiones. Camas grandes y cómodas con gran limpieza. El único tema es que la cocina abre a las 17 hs, por lo que si nieva y no quieres salir, no puedes almorzar. El resto de los servicios son adecuados.

  Emergency stay

  Our daughter had to have Emergency procedures at Strong, so we booked here because of the location.We got the king suite on the first floor. Location is great, food places, plazas, shopping centers and gas stations all within walking distance. Room was nice and clean, showers were very nice and front desk woman was great and very personable. We will stay here again if need be.

  Little annoyances add up

  The hotel looks like it has been fairly recently re-done, so things look new and clean. Due to COVID, you pretty much get a room nowadays. No restaurant for breakfast or dinner, pool/hot tub closed, fitness center closed. This means the room should be really good if that's all you're paying for. We traveled with another couple that had a room 5 doors down from us. Which gets to our first annoyance. We get to the room and the heater/AC unit has a puddle of water on top of the unit - ON TOP! No obvious source, but later when we met up with the other couple for dinner - their AC unit also had a puddle on top. One room could be a fluke - two indicates a problem. We surmised the new windows they put in for the remodel weren't installed properly and allow leakage onto the units below them when it rains. Other annoyances: - our toilet wouldn't flush. Pulled the tank lid and the flapper was misaligned so water just kept flowing out the bottom of the tank. Had to reach in and adjust it by hand. Had to do this EVERY TIME so the tank would refill. Tell me housekeeping has never noticed this? - Our room darkening shade was out of the track on one side...didn't notice this until my wife was already asleep and I tried to close it - I didn't want to make a ton of noise and wake her up (it's not easy to get it back on the track) so we slept in a pretty outside-light-filled room. - Whenever the heater/ac compressor kicked in it rattled the room like a jet was taking off outside. - You now get only one small bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo for the room. Other than that - the room was okay but nothing special - it had a big TV, working mini fridge and microwave (didn't test that). Mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were a little too soft. This is probably not the individual hotel's fault, but IHG sent me an email overnight touting their "contactless" online checkout - but no matter what I did (cellular connection, hotel wifi) the checkout page would not display, so we had to go checkout at the desk. BTW - I'm a Platinum member, so this isn't my first time in a hotel!

  Stylish updated room

  The location is at the intersection of two busy roads but room was quiet. The hotel is not impressive from the outside. The best feature is the newly refreshed rooms that are stylish. The room was clean and well cared for. It had the most comfortable chair and ottoman ever. They offered complimentary breakfast bags in the lobby. A nice two night stay.

  Bad Customer service

  We have stayed here many times for our daughters trips to Strong Memorial Hospital. We called to set up two rooms together, connected, but instead of trying to assist us the person working came up with excuses. One was that the tv in one of the rooms didn't work and he couldn't change it out or possibly get ahold of someone that could. On top of the fact they always promise to put our points on and never do.
