  Contentisima y excenlente todo.

  Me encanto desde que entramos a las 9:00pm del sabado 6 de abril, con el personal del hotel como sus facilidades. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy comodas, ademas de todo limpio. Cabe nombrar tambien que tienen para tomar cafe gratis, todo el tiempo y maquinas de snack para los huespedes. Me encanto el trato de cortesia, habilidad, esmero y profesionalismo de su personal tanto como el caballero del front desk al atendernos y ayudarme cuando solicite su ayuda y especialmente al chef Carlos que con su simpatia, atencion y esmero al atendernos nos hizo sentir comodos y olvidarnos que estabamos fuera de nuestro pais.

  Wont make that mistake again

  I travel for work several times a month. I usually stay with another brand, but this was a short notice trip, so I took what I could get. I wont make that mistake again. First of all, I went down before bed with a sweet tooth and chose the Key Lime Pie...$5... it was literally a tiny slice of a grocery store frozen pie. Secondly, Im going to need a massage after sleeping on the extremely firm bed. Every joint in my body is inflamed. I woke over and over throughout the night because I was in pain while trying to change positions. This particular location does not offer complementary breakfast. They may offer complementary coffee, Im not sure though, because the singular, unmarked coffee urn in the lobby/breakfast area was empty. I opted to pay almost $9 for a continental breakfast and would you believe they didnt even have any nuts or granola for my fruit and yogurt? Lastly, with my usual brand, theres always fruit and herb infused water available in the lobby. Here, a simple bottle of Dasani cost me another $2! I will avoid this location like the plague moving forward and will advise my coworkers against staying here as well.

  Good rate, decent hotel, no issues during 3-day stay

  Hotel was decent overall. The lobby and bar area was very nice. The room was updated but you could tell it was an older property that was renovated by 'decent' contractors. I had no issues with cleanliness but I am the type to stay and not have the room cleaned daily so I wouldn't know about that experience. But the room was quite clean upon arrival. The TV was nice and overall enjoyed my stay. My rate was favorable in comparison to the surrounding hotels but if the others had been the same price, I would have chose them instead. This is a nice hotel but there was something about it that it didn't stand out like a polished Hampton Inn or some other Holiday Inn's I have stayed at. That being said, it was not a bad experience and would stay here again if the price was substantially better than the surrounding hotels. (Garden Inn, DoubleTree, Fairfield)

  Nice enough but poor soundproofing

  I am a Platinum member of IHG and the desk clerk was helpful in getting me an upgrade to a suite. The suite consisted of a living room with a TV and rolling work table, a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave and sink, a bathroom, and a bedroom with another TV and a king bed. The place looks like it was recently renovated. The main problem is the lack of soundproofing. I was working from the suite so it was a big problem. The maids and other guests were in the halls slamming doors and pounding for hours every day, and this was during COVID-19 when nobody is traveling. In addition, the walls are thin as you can hear your neighbors TV. If you are out all day having fun this may not be an issue for you but if you are teleworking from the suite it is very disruptive. At night it was quiet since there is a door between the hall and the bedroom. If I had been given a standard room I would have checked out after one night. The location is in a corporate park setting and convenient to shopping.

  Best bed and front desk service ever!

  The Holiday Inn is clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Eli and his front desk professionals offer amazing service! I love the separate bedroom in the suite and the bed with the pillow top cover is so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
