  Excelente servicio. Gracias Por toda su asistencia Lety y todo el equipo Del Holiday Inn. Todo funciono excelente. Recomiendo este hotel para cualquier fiesta o evento.   Legendary Service

  I always stay at the Holiday Inn when I come to this area for business. While the staff goes beyond their call of duty, today was excellent!! Alicia at the front desk allowed me to stay over my check out time to finish a conference meeting I needed to do.....

  Nothing special

  Green Mill restaurant was why I chose this Holiday Inn and unfortunately it was barely open. I wish I had stayed near the airport, I was told they are more busy and have a MUCH BETTER LOUNGE to relax in. Staff was VERY PLEASANT AND ACCOMMODATING. This location looks like it would be good for weddings ala the bar was fully stocked before hand which it is not currently.

  Always difficult checking in with a large group!

  This was the second year that I stayed here with my group of 30 adults. Check in has been pure chaos both times. This past year we showed up and the night clerk had no idea we were arriving. She handled a difficult situation very well and was able to get us checked in without a long wait. Hoping it will get better. Great location and is a very modern HIE.

  Nice one night road trip stay.

  Whereas this Overland Park location is being remodeled, we were put in a remodeled Room 228...away from elevator & ice machine. It was very nicely done. We didnt have time to use the microwave. It was clean & the king size bed was very comfortable! We only interacted with the check-in guy & he was very pleasant & professional. However, he wasnt not aware of how far I-35 was from the hotel. But. It ended up that I435 was near & easy to get to I-35. There breakfast included good coffee, packaged muffins with option of instant oatmeal. We booked via Priceline & total cost was $58+...so we got an email excellent value for our one night stay.
