  Muy recomendable

  La atención para empezar la estancia fue muy agradable. Así fue en todo momento. Esta muy bien ubicado las habitaciones apartamento están más que de sobra equipadas. 2 habitaciones muy bien salon cocina 3 grandes tv y por si no quieres salir nunca tienes una nevera para una familia de 20 personas para todo un mes... muy bien todo.

  Do Not Visit This Hotel - It's the Worst Osoyoos has to Offer.

  We visit Osoyoos annually in September for a family vacation with our kids. We booked in to the Holiday Inn for our 2020 trip. Having never stayed here before, we were excited. Upon arrival, however, we were immediately devastated. The Holiday Inn is a terrible place to stay. The website straight up lies - the photos are not even close to what the hotel looks like. We were booked into a two bedroom kitchen suite with a "private beach walkout patio". This patio was not private. All beach walkout patios are connected to each other with zero privacy. The only patio furniture you are given are old metal tables with attached seating from like the 70s, that made us feel like we were in jail. The patio also stunk like old, stale beer - it was disgusting. The room itself was terrible. Old, rundown and dirty. Uncomfortable old furniture that is chipped, stained and deteriorating. The walls a blank gross grey colour with no decor. One room had a rickety old metal bunk bed that squeaks and makes noise everytime you move on it. Terrible lighting. Terribly stocked kitchen (we didnt even have a proper coffee maker). The bathroom was dirty when we arrived! Junk in the sink that looked like spat out chewing tobacco. Bathtub and shower not cleaned. Toilet paper dispenser dirty. And TWO towels for six people. We arrived at night with hungry kids anxious and wound up from travel. Rather than deal with our disappointment at 9pm, we decided to feed our kids, put them to bed and reasses in the morning. In the morning after doing a quick shop and searching for a new hotel, we reached out to the guest services manager to discuss our disappointment. We learned it was her day off and that the supervisor on duty would arrive at 1pm. So we packed our things and waited for 1pm. The supervisor had a terrible attitude. She started by blaming us for not dealing with the problem at 9pm (when our kids needed our attention). She then justified their terribly dirty and awful room by stating "Well, people keep coming here, so its ok". The supervisor offered no helpful suggestions and no discount or compensation for the terrible room. You need to know that they were charging us $700 for TWO nights. We expected a room that was classy and atleast somewhat fancy. Its a complete dive. This hotel has some of the highest rates around, they are absolutely gauging people. It is not worth $150 per night, let alone $300+ per night. Please do not go here. Its beyond terrible. Its gross. They also do not follow Covid 19 protocol whatsoever, and make justifications as to why they don't have to!!!! We are also submitting a complaint with the Provincial Health Office and the Better Business Bureau. Do not stay here!!! We moved to the Watermark Resort which is beautiful, fancy and they have impeccable customer service. They even gave us a discount because of our terrible experience at the holiday inn. They were beyond incredible and their resort is amazing.

  Great

  Great hotel, rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Pool was unfortunately closed for our stay. The kids enjoyed having their separate room with bunkbeds. Very nice view of the lake, we will have to come back another time when we can enjoy the beach

  Awful awful place

  This place is dirty this place is full of rude people and they treat there staff like sht I bet most of these people are temp residents that's why they are afraid to standup for themselves don't stay here

  Wildly disappointed

  We stayed here for a night during a small road trip. Unfortunately, this stay was the worst of the trip. The desk staff wasnt exactly friendly upon our arrival and appeared to switch our room while we were signing in (crossed out room number on card, rewrote new one). This itself isnt unusual but when we walked into our room, we were a little let down. It wasnt the room type we had booked and when we called the desk to inquire, we were told it was they had us down for and there were no other rooms available. I asked about the original room that had been on our card but was told they couldnt give me that information. Odd. The room turned out to be poorly cleaned, the furniture badly stained/dirty, and the toilet was leaking. The worst part for myself was stepping right on to the sharp post of someone elses old earring.. We were able to grab breakfast in the morning from the restaurant to take away. The food was good and the staff was very friendly.
