  Lost AirPods

  Stayed at hotel on May 15-17, 2020 Shortly after checkout on my way back to GA I realized that I left my AirPods on the bed. I called the hotel to see if they would send them to me. But they said they were not reported as lost & found. I feel so violated because I know exactly where I left them.

  Nice hotel; terrible airconditioning.

  The hotel is really nice. They always seem to upgrade their elite members in advance. Recent renovations made their rooms look really attractive. Unfortunately, AC wall unit is awful. It would not turn on when you need, and when it does eventually turn on late night, it does not do much except noise. As much as I loved the room's appearance, I will not stay here again.

  Fresh hair on bath towel.

  Checked into the room went in to use the toilet and while standing there observed a fresh black hair on my white towel during covid. Talk about the ultimate DNA source. This hair was not intertwined into the fibers it was transferred directly from someone's head to the towel either from the housekeeper or possibly someone brushed against it when it was on the housekeeping cart.The next day told the desk clerk about it who advised me they were the salesperson for the hotel, I got no reaction not even eye contact.

  Barless

  We booked this hotel because it had an on site food and bar. Once there we found out no one was working the bar. The waitress had no clue how to make a cocktail. Wow what a disappointment. She did try but it wasn't what we had hoped for. When checking out we told the front desk about a light out in the bathroom and the refrigerator wasn't working. She didn't bother to write it down, she just said "OK and to have a good day". Our neighbors were loud and we were awaken at 1:50 AM because we could smell coffee brewing.

  A Great Place to Stay

  We arrived at the hotel early, about 1 p.m. Our room wasn't ready yet, but they were able to have it ready in an hour, just enough time to get a bit of lunch. The receptionist was friendly an accommodating. Our room was large with a king size bed, oversized tub and shower. They even had a dressing table with a mirror and bench. The room was very clean and comfortable. For an extra $1, guests can eat breakfast at the buffet. I enjoyed the cheese omelet and home fries the first day. The second day I tried the scrambled eggs which did not taste right and could not eat them. Check out the next morning was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again
