  Annual Conference

  Cherylynn, the front desk clerk, was super - friendly and extremely helpful. Coffee maker was inoperable and couldn't get a replacement until the next morning. Housekeeping did not make the bed, they only pulled up the sheets. I showed a picture of to to the front desk who informed the housekeeping supervisor.

  NO Restaurant/Bar/Breakfast

  Stopped here on a cross-country road trip; we specifically chose this hotel over cheaper options because of the restaurant/bar amenity. When we booked on the website, we paid an optional $10 for breakfast in the morning. The restaurant and bar are under rennovations, and there are no alternative food options. This is NOT listed anywhere on the website. The only breakfast was the standard continental breakfast, most of which was barely edible, and was not what we were charged for. I had to go to the front desk to confront them about the $10 that we wasted, and even then they played dumb, as though this had never happened. Although most of our stay was fine, PLEASE be aware that there is no restaurant, no bar, and if you pay for breakfast you will be throwing your money away. Truly a dishonest booking experience.

  50-50 split. You decide

  Son made reservations. When we arrived a small problem with online reservations. While there another couple asked for handicapped room with access for wheel chair in shower. Was given room not access and they asked for another room. Our room still had some paper laying on floor that was missed by housekeeping. Also, the sheer curtains were torn and shredded. I took photo but have not posted here to the site at this time. A\C was very cold and was great on the hot day. Shower had plenty of hot water too. Went to Bennigan's for breakfast-I think it was an extra charge. Ordered 2 eggs, sausage, potato's and wheat bread. Received 2 eggs, bacon, potato's, and white bread. Coffee was delicious.

  Probably won't return

  After staying in a shiny brand new Holiday Inn in Nebraska last month, I forgot what to really expect at this hotel chain. This "newly renovated" hotel has a pretty lobby but the rooms were dated with chipped paint, musty curtains, and oversized furniture making the room feel cramped. Furthermore, while there were signs all over the hotel stating face masks are required due to COVID, many guests did not respect this precaution and the staff did not enforce. During check out I witnessed one staff member in the halls without a mask. Our room was clean and the beds were good, but in a season when health and safety is my top priority for my family, I would not recommend staying here.

  Updated hotel with plenty of space

  Great hotel for the money, hotel has had a recent upgrade and is a nice hotel with plenty of public space to relax and chill. Good restaurant at hotel and some within driving distance. Hotel is not perfect but very good value.
