  Great place to stay

  Came out here for my birthday get away and had a great stay. The place is nice looking and very clean. The staff is very friendly. The rooms were great and the bed is comfortable. They are located near restaurant that are in walking distance.

  The Whole Package

  Great front desk staff. Great bar and restaurant staff....yes, there is a bar and restaurant here. But no breakfast included with room. Very clean. Pillows were wonderful, but bed was a little stiff. Again...tv remote was tricky to work. Not sure what Holiday Inn is thinking with tv service and the remotes.

  Poor bar service

  I stopped in to meet an associate and had a drink at one of the tables in the lounge area. It probably took close to 25 minutes to have someone stop by our table, and to get our drinks (beers). Will not return if this is indicative of the typical service.

  Horrid Customer Service

  DO NOT STAY HERE!! They will charge you for smoking in your room without evidence and will not refund your money. They will not let you talk to a supervisor. The location is right by a busy airport. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

  I stayed at this hotel because I had knee replacement surgery.

  I booked a handicapped room and was updated to a suite. While the hotel staff were "fine" they didn't go out of their way or were terribly friendly. The restaurant was barely passable, though they are next door to a Natural Grocers and Starbucks. I paid three different prices from $99 - $159 per night and the person on the phone was not able to explain why. The room was comfortable and clean and as far as amenities in the room very nice, light and bright. Handicap bathroom had a great shower but a very low toilet so we had to go out and buy a toilet seat to raise the height. The other thing I did not like is that in the lobby they played awful music, some kind of rock and roll that we did not find soothing or comforting.
