  New hotel. Room could have been dusted

  Nice shower in the room with good water pressure. The room was basically clean, but the furniture could use dusting. The staff was nice. They do have a restaurant attached, but no free breakfast. If we wanted breakfast, it would have been another 20.00. Cracker Barrel is right behind it, so we went there. We did eat at the restaurant for dinner and it was ok. Not to expensive. The bed was soft and comfortable.

  New clean and functional

  Stopped in traveling and found it to be new clean and very functional. Bed comfortable shower with plenty of hot water and flow. Drains well. Plenty of light. Refrigerator in room. Restaurant with included buffet style was ok fairly picked over and staff not invested. Restaurant focuses on burgers and bar. Had ice storm and walk areas well salted. Hotel reception was nice. Solid choice good value for nice facilities. Not sure about restaurants nearby. You need a car obviously.

  I would definitely stay here again

  New hotel, easy access off the interstate, close to restaurants. We stopped just for one night and I was really impressed with this place. Clean, beds were super comfortable, shower pressure was superb (shower head was awesome) internet access was quick. Check in and out was fast and sufficient. The bar was open along with the Burger place but we didn't partake. I would definitely stay here again.

  Excellent hotel

  We recently visited our son in Decatur who had been transferred to the ADM headquarters. Everything about this facility was first-rate with great beds and pillows. Sara H was super friendly and informative of all the Coronavirus protocols in place since we are older and have not traveled since it began. I worked several years for a hotel ownership company in Indianapolis building and maintaining their properties. They would be proud of this hotel. It was clean and very well maintained. We will have no need to look elsewhere in the future when visiting.

  Disappointed

  The room was clean enough. The lady who checked us in was great and friendly. However, one of the reasons we chose the hotel was it included free breakfast. When I went down to check on it today, the person at the desk informed me that free breakfast is not available to those who book through a third party! I showed her our confirmation which clearly said free breakfast. She said there was nothing she could do about it! Unacceptable, poor service. Made the stay an overall disappointment. If they don't want to honor what they offer on third party sites, they shouldn't offer it.
