Alojamiento muy buenoEra muy limpio, además lindo el vestíbulo. La habitación era muy limpia y decorado, también. El desayuno es muy sustancial y demuestra muchas opciones diferentes, con yogures y cereales y los buñuelos de canela tan sabrosos. Nos trataron el personal con respeta y gracia.

Another great Holiday Inn/Suites locationI was here for two nights and the entire stay was excellent. The front desk staff was warm, friendly, genuine and answered all my questions. My entire room was in excellent condition and my floor was quiet at night. The room's climate control system was not loud for me. The breakfast was superb as it had plenty of hot food choices. The breakfast staff was responsive and friendly, too. There was plenty of everything. I did not use the pool or the exercise room. The meeting space while I was there was comfortable and in great condition. I don't know if the food for the meetings was catered or prepared on site, but it was very good. The location is a short drive to various restaurants and shopping. I continue to be very impressed with Holiday Inn.

No COVID precautions-Stay AwayI should have done more homework. It certainly didnt feel safe here. I should have walked out but hope others can benefit from this review. The IHG website said this Holiday Inn was following CDC guidelines but this wasnt the case. The reception desk staff didnt wear masks (we did). There was no plexiglass barrier. No gloves when handling my credit card and ID. No notices on special disinfectant treatments of the room. DONT stay here. I was fooled by trust in brand and no. 1 rating by Trip Advisor. I had stayed at Marriott brand hotels The Element in Moline and Courtyard in Morgantown on this trip to help care for my mother. Both Marriott hotels were fully equipped with COVID protections.

Amazing staffMy son and I stayed here in the 2 room suite during a big snowstorm. All of the staff we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay amazing Chelsea at the front desk deserves a special acknowledgment. She went out of her way to be accommodating. Our waitress at J bar was also amazing and the food and drinks were fantastic! I cant say enough about this place. My son wishes we could stay all week! Thank you all!

Reservation Lost - Poor Customer ServiceNice hotel, but check-in was a nightmare. I had made two separate reservations and received confirmation emails, using points, for the evening of August 22. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel only had one of the reservations and that I would have to contact ihg.com to fix the second reservation. I showed them the confirmation and questioned why I needed to initiate the fix, but was told by the desk attendant that it was out of her hands and I would need to make the call. What happened next was unbelievable. Nearly 1.5 hours (mostly sitting on hold) of playing the middle man while the hotel and reservation people argued about the problem. At that point, I finally hit the wall and demanded that the attendant call her manager to fix the problem and get us in our rooms. The attendant finally went ahead and circumvented their process/systems and got us into our rooms. My question is: How did I fail as a customer? I fully understand that systems sometime have glitches, but penalizing the customer and putting the onus on them to get the problem corrected is completely unacceptable. With good customer service, this should have been less than a 5 minute delay (not 1.5 hours). I will certainly remember this experience when choosing hotels for my future travel plans.
